I called you guys earlier this year and explained my situation. Afraid to tell you the full extent I just explained the mental/verbal part of the situation and the girl on the phone laughed and thought maybe I didn't hear it? Needless to say I never came to the appt because of how discouraging that one experience affected me in such a heavy time of my life. Please... do better with who's handling the phone please. Absolutely WORST communication with Domestic Violence Victims. They are ONLY a referral service. They ALSO ask a ton of questions to see who is who, like that really matters.
