Raising Cane’s is a go-to spot for quality chicken fingers! The simplicity of their menu works in their favor—what they do, they do really well. The chicken fingers are always fresh, crispy, and juicy, and the signature Cane’s Sauce is the perfect tangy complement. It’s so good, I find myself wanting to dip everything in it! The Texas toast is buttery and garlicky, easily one of the highlights of the meal. The crinkle-cut fries are decent, but not necessarily a standout—standard fast-food style. Their coleslaw is fresh but not for everyone; if you’re not a fan, you can swap it for an extra piece of toast. Prices are reasonable for the quality, and the staff is always friendly and efficient. However, the calorie count on some of the combos is a bit high, so it’s not something I’d indulge in every day. Overall, Raising Cane’s excels at what it promises—delicious chicken fingers and great customer service. Definitely worth a visit if you’re craving a no-frills, satisfying meal!

We’ve already gone several times and love their chicken! Really tasty. We like their toast too. Their fries and coleslaw are alright. Wish they had more sauce choices and at least 1 or 2 dessert options. Staff is friendly and wait time is pretty quick. Outside drive-thru lane seems fine until your vehicle has to make that sharp angular drive up to the payment window which won’t allow you to straighten up and get close enough to make your payment - very bad design. In my opinion, this place is better than that other overrated chicken place that recently opened which we tried twice.

On our 20th Anniversary vacation week we were feeling a craving for comfort food from the mainland so we paid a visit to the brand new Raising Cane's location in Kahului. What a treat! This restaurant is a perfect example of what a franchise is supposed to provide. The same exact food, service, and atmosphere that you have back home delivers comfort and satisfaction on multiple levels. One fun and special thing that stood out to me was the use of cane sugar in the sweet tea. Yum! Cheers to you Raising Cane's for bringing a location to Maui for us to enjoy!

I want to start off by saying I literally love Raising Canes so much. One of the best fast foods on Maui imo. The reason why I rated it a 3 stars though is because it seems like almost every single time I go through the drive-thru, there is either something missing or they put something in our box instead of what we asked for. I understand that mistakes are made, but it's just happened way too much times. I don't know if this has happened to others as well. I would sometimes go back around to have it be changed to what I originally paid for and other times I would leave and find out later on at home that there was mistakes made and I don't want to go all the way back to Raising Canes. The sauce, if you're wanting extra, costs money. I always order more sauce for myself and my husband and there has been a handful of times where it was forgotten. I know it's just a dollar or so to get more sauce but if I'm paying for it, I hope it to be in there. Again, I love Raising Canes. It's definitely been a pregnancy craving of mine too, but having these mistakes happen almost every single time we go there is really disappointing. I will definitely be coming back but I'm hoping that there isn't much mistakes being made in the future on orders so we won't have to come back around or find out later...

Service was lovely, especially for how busy the day was. First time trying anything from this franchise and I gotta say, it was underwhelming. The chicken fingers were cooked perfectly and the chicken was of quality, but the only noticeable seasoning on anything was just salt. If I go next time I gotta bring like 8 different herbs and spices to add some variety to the flavour. The sauce was glorified salad dressing. I'd be happy with the chicken as is if they're was some honey ranch dressing or something available but it's either their one sauce or ketchup which really didn't sit well with the chicken either way. Again big mahalo for the service, the company as a whole just needs some variety and that's not at the fault of the service. I can't stress enough the chicken quality is good, it's just bland.

Also the intercom almost blew my eardrums out. I wish this were an exaggeration, but fully anytime the lady announced someone's order it was deafening in the outdoor dining area. The speakers sounded like they were seconds...
