Today I had a awful experience at Arby’s My order was wrong three times and that has never happened The young man that brought me my order was very humble respectful and respectful The shift manager approached my car the third time and I told him I would prefer a refund He responses I could not have my food and a refund mind you I tried to give back the order to the previous young man but he said he couldn’t take it back the rude shift manager demanded the food after a exchange that was ugly I gave him the bag dropped it at his feet he then told me I wasn’t getting my food remade or a refund I then entered this restaurant an we exchanged very harsh words but he still refused to give my refund I called 911 the police arrived and ordered him to give me my refund or remake the order My order was remade but the shift manager was indeed still rude never acknowledged the fact I received the wrong order He never apologized for my invconvience he was still rude and nasty Long story short I will. Never go back to this Arby’s The way I was treated is intolerable and no one with a attitude of this nature should ever be in management I will report this to the better business bureau and I pray noone else has to go thru this Keep away from this establishment The customer service...
Read moreSo, Im not going to delete my initial review, because it was a genuine one time experience by an employee who hopefully still works here. However, I am lowering my rating and will say that today's experience was the polar opposite. The assistant manager, Anthony greeted me with an abrupt and loud yes?? when I approached the counter. He took my order and gave me my order to go even though I was eating there. I was never asked. My food was cooked fine. Anthony did tell me to have a nice day but only after my look of shock. I'm not saying this location is as bad as others (yet), but my expectations for some minimum level of social interaction and service are clearly too high....
Unlike the other Arby's in the area (Five Forks, Fairview Rd in Simpsonville, Old Spartanburg Rd), this one actually has an employee (lady) that will greet you, apologize for any delay, and say thank you after you purchase something. Read moreThe gentleman who helped me in the drive thru today, deserves to be commended. I asked for a slider. He very apologetically explained that they had an unexpected/unusually large lunch rush and were currently out of sliders. I understood and quickly chose a similar option: I chose the regular sandwich and added Swiss cheese, which was basically the same thing. I also ordered a drink. When I got to the window, he apologized again and said the drink is on him for the inconvenience on being out of what I originally wanted. I thanked him letting him know that wasn’t necessary, but he insisted. All this to say: it’s worth sharing positive experiences these days, and this was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long while, as they are few and far between, unfortunately.
