Lousy customer service. If dealing with customers is not your thing, then find a job where you don’t have to deal with people… at all!!! For years I have avoided McD because the quality of food has gone down. Rare occasions if I run through the drive through with someone I might grab breakfast but the rest of it is not for me. Today, I went through the drive-through with my grandson while I was taking him to work so he could grab breakfast. I did not get anything but being the driver I was the one placing the order. Whoever was on the other end, taking the order had a lot of trouble annunciating their words. It was very hard to understand them. My grandson ordered two breakfast burritos we were also asked did he want sauce? I turned my head to him and ask did he want sauce? Then I heard mumbles on the other side of the speaker say “OK no sauce. Your total is blah blah, and please proceed to the window.” I got to the window and I said to the young lady that was to take the payment, “ I think you misunderstood when I asked him if he wanted sauce you thought we said no picante sauce , but he would like some sauce for his burritos.” First thing out of the young ladies mouth was “I’m not the one taking the order that wasn’t me”, but with attitude. All she had to do was say oh I’m sorry how many sauces would you like with that? But what really gets me putting in this review was as she’s walking away She’s talking out loud to somebody like something about this guy said I didn’t ring up his sauce blah blah blah, I’m not even the one taking drive through orders. Well, she left the drive-through window open so I could hear her so I made sure she could hear me and I said it really doesn’t matter, just put some sauce in the bag. Another lady who is probably the manager of that facility, came up and slammed the drive-through window. And then he got his food. He got his card back with his receipt and then as we went on our way we had a nice discussion on why do people in the fast food industry have such an attitude with the customers that keep him in business? Really the young lady did not have to be so defensive over somebody asking for sauce because somebody misunderstood us through...
Read moreJust order the normal version of the food where they don't charge you for cheese, because they are DETERMINED to put cheese on every food possible. Even when ordered without cheese. It will save you money. I've ordered her on more than a dozen occasions and EVERY TIME they put cheese on my food. I don't eat cheese and specifically specify I don't want cheese. It doesn't matter. I've wasted over an hour and a half of my time over the last dozen orders having to have them remake my food. And of course they are rude about it. Most recently, Jan 31, 10:03 am, finally got my order as I wanted it. I ordered steak and egg biscuit, extra onion. That is exactly how it appears on the mobile app. No mention of the word cheese. It was even printed on the paper outside the wrapper. "Steak and Egg B. XTRA Slivered Onion. Came to me with cheese melted all over. When I brought it in, and told the cashier it has cheese on it, they looked at me confused. I had to explain to them that it is on their menu to be ordered without cheese. As I handed them the biscuit they asked "Do you just want me to scrape the cheese off?". No I want a new biscuit with no cheese on it, as I ordered. The manager came and rung it up, but used the "Steak egg and cheese version" then added "No cheese". It's as if they don't understand a sandwich is on there menu not coming with cheese. They didn't even get any of the onions on the biscuit. It's all in the wrapper. I've tried asking for the General managers number and wasn't given it. They stated it was on the receipt and it wasn't. Because they don't care, because they are rude, because I'm not allowed to contact somebody who will fix their attitude and service issue, I will never eat at this McDonalds ever again. Why give them my money when I can't get what I ordered without going through 20-30 minutes of extra hassle. This is supposed to be FAST food. Everything about this location flies in the face of what McDonalds is supposed to be. And if the General/ District manager happens to see this review, PLEASE give me a way to contact you. This is...
Read moreThis was the worst Mcdonalds experience of my life. I was in the drive through and the speaker was able to take the order in front of me as well as the one behind me but wouldn't take mine. I yelled for assistance for about 10 minutes before I drove up to the window. The first window had 2 workers on Facebook scrolling on their phones waving me to go the next window. Mind you I've been in drive through almost 20 minutes and I have not even ordered. I finally ordered only 2 happy meals, then the order taker told me to pull up. At this point I've been in drive through almost 30 mins. I go inside to find they had forgot about me, and a younger gentlemen asked if I could be helped and I asked for the manager. I was directed towards the most disrespectful manager I have ever met, her name is Jessica. Not only was she nasty to me she was nasty to all of her employees. I asked her to get me a pen to write down corporate number and she refused, I had to ask several times for help. She did not offer to help me after over 30 mins in drive through, she asked me "what was she was supposed to do about it." After repeatedly being disrespected by a "manager" she stuffed the happy meals so hard out of frustration the boxes fell apart in my car and my kids ended up not having any dinner because everything was on the floor of my car from her not putting the meals together properly. I honestly have never been so disgusted by Mcdonalds ever in my life. After finally getting my food, we could not even eat it and not one person at this establishment made it right. I am blow away about how bad customer service has gotten and I will never return to this location. I will take my business to another location, somewhere that doesn't just hire anybody and treats people with dignity...
