Update: 1/12/19 Came back after 1+ year for carry out service again. Ordered a cheese pizza for pick up. Brought it home only to see sausage on the pizza. How they can screw up an order for cheese and put sausage on it is beyond me. Called the store and a woman picked up and asked me to repeat what was wrong with the order 3 different times, then she asked if I wanted to speak to the manager. Spoke to him and he basically repeated the same line saying that I had to go back to the store, show them the pizza and then they would give me a refund. It was 30 degrees outside, raining, and I live 20 minutes away. I told him it was ridiculous to ask me to do that. I offered to send a picture of the pizza which he said was not enough. So I'm out 25$ for a pizza we couldn't eat. GREAT customer service -make a mistake, have the customer run around in bad weather to get a refund. Not sure how any business can stay afloat with such terrible customer service. Lesson learned now the 2nd time I gave this place a chance. Plenty of other places to go to, avoid it.
Original review in 2017 Came to get a carry out order and once again waited for 20 minutes to actually get the order that had already been placed over the phone 20 minutes prior. So grand total of 40 minutes to get the food. It would be one thing if the food wasn't made yet and the 20 minutes in person waiting was for them to get it ready, but that's never the case. The food was made, already ready, and the cashier/waitress up front took her time in doing pretty much everything/anything else before getting the food. She was talking on the phone, texting, chatting with her friends, getting a hug from another customer, even after I had already paid. This has happened several times prior and I had hoped it was just a bad day/timing, but it seems this is how the service is. Would not come back here. Eating in the service is slow as well. Plenty of places to pick from...
Read moreI deliver food for Bite Squad. I had an order to pick up here and deliver. I get the exact order on my app, so that I can make sure I am getting the correct food. I was to pick up a large cheese pizza and a personal cheese pizza. When I got there, the girl tried getting me to pay for the order, when the customer had already paid online through the app. When I told her that the customer already paid, she said "oh, I don't know how bite squad even works." They bring me the pizza and it is a personal cheese and a large pepperoni(which was supposed to be cheese only). I told the girl, and she went and got someone else. He came to the front, I told him that they were both supposed to be cheese pizza, and he told me that I was wrong. I showed him the order on my phone, he looks at a piece of paper and said "nope, your wrong" (even though there was a piece of paper on the counter with my customers name, phone number and her order.... Which was a personal cheese and a large cheese. I said "ok!!" and delivered to the customer. Turns out I was right, and HE was wrong. The customer was upset, because they couldn't eat the pizza, but since I had accidently hit the wrong button after showing the employee the order, I called the customer while they were telling me I was wrong, & they knew who was at fault. They said it had happened before, but since they were so close they would give them another shot.
To the owner/general manager: please teach your employees how to admit to making mistakes, and how to talk to those delivering...
Read moreI decided to try this place for dinner at 6:30 because of the mix of reviews I had seen. Some mentioned the service, food, and prices being questionable, while others boasted about how good it was, so I wanted to give it a fair shot.
We entered through the bar side, where a handful of people were seated and two bartenders were working. Neither of them greeted us or even acknowledged us. Since it was our first time, we weren’t sure how to order, so we stood there a few moments trying to figure it out. Still, nothing.
We cautiously made our way toward the restaurant side, only to find it completely empty. We waited at the counter for about five minutes. During that time, one staff member was sitting in the back with her feet up on the table, glued to her phone. Another noticed us and walked over to her, whispered something, and then began literally playing hide-and-seek with her behind the kitchen wall, peeking in and out at us without ever addressing us.
The person I assume was the host finally looked up at us, but made no effort to help or greet us. At that point, it was painfully clear they didn’t want our business.
We left extremely unhappy and disappointed. Based on this experience, I cannot...
