Driving long distance, stop to Arby’s for a quick bite... about 20 minutes later and multiple mishaps we left very frustrated. First, I substituted fries for mozzarella sticks, reads order back and has fries.... no big deal simple mistake. Asks for a name, Jon... receipt for both orders says Jack. Again, simple mistake. Watching the order timer climb the girl states she lost our bag of food, space pilot came back to reality, found it, threw it under the warmer since the rest of the order wasn’t done. Who knows how long it sat wherever she put it, but oh well I’m now still hanging in there for that French dip. Finally get our order, ask for marinara she grabs a handful dropping them everywhere, being in a hurry we run out the door. Get in the truck and no au jus, how does one eat a French dip without it? You’re right, they don’t. Run back in, ask for au jus, gives me a container maybe a quarter full, I then ask FOR AU JUS sauce and gave me another about quarter full cup. At this point 20 minutes of my patience has been lost, i asked the girl if she was stoned. Ran back outside, get on the highway, starting inhaling this French dip, but eating this in the truck is quite messy (passenger seat mind you), reach for a napkin, and what do you know...
Read moreThe inside was close so we went through the drive thru where there were no cars but us. We had to drive forward and backward four times after waiting 3 minutes before they actually said anything to us to take our order. When we pulled up to the window we then realized that they took forever because they were too busy talking to each other to actually pay attention and do their job. Not to mention they were in a rush to close even though they don't close until 2:00 a.m. and it was 10 something when we finally got to order... Food came out quick but the quality was the worse, you could tell they were in such a rush. They could learn a thing or two about customer service from Chick-fil-A right...
Read moreI love Arby’s and I love getting all of their 2 for 6/7 deals when they come out but this Arby’s is by far the worst one I have ever been to. The teenagers behind the counter have no respect and don’t care about the customer or your food. They constantly forget items and never give you sauce, constantly try to over charge me on the 2 for 7 nuggets because “oops I forgot” even though the special has been out for well over a month….. I’ll be taking my business to the central Arby’s from now on- the extra gas money is worth not having to deal with the inconsistency’s of this store. And for the manager I hope you can help your employees do better because this...
