The food is quite good, but the occasional shortages of the carnitas can be annoying since the chicken and steak are usually dry and the barbacoa is usually too spicy unless it's mixed with another meat. Pro Tip: if you plan on ordering double meat (and you should if you're not a veg-an/atarian, as the protein portions tend to be limited unless you're a regular or the person manning the ladle knows you personally) don't reveal that information until they've already laid down their first scoop. This way, if they try to dial back on the second, you have the first one already served to compare it to, and you can remind the burr-ista that you ordered DOUBLE meat, not extra, (which tends to be 1.3x an regular serving as opposed to the 2x that a person who knows what the word Double means or that a person versed enough in mathematics to know what multiplying by 2 would give them) a word that is not as explicitly defined by an amount as a word like Double, but rather left to the discretion of the eyeballs behind the label, since they don't weigh anything and are probably trained to do their jobs in a method that reminds them that a lack of measuring only helps the company if their guesstimate is always less than they think it should be, always. For this reason I would advise against ordering it online to save time unless you're ordering for someone besides yourself that you don't...
Read moretoday I came into this Chipotle around 4:50 p.m. I was very displeased with my experience here. when I walk in to order my food for the night none of the food looked pleasing at all ,none of the crew were smiling when I ordered my food the rice was brown and it had brown cilantro in it but it was supposed to be white and fresh green cilantro the grill guy Adam says he is not making any new rice do to my request I was very upset and displeased by this experience especially being that I drove so long to get here and for him to have an attitude changing the rice was just so disgusting to me I hope you guys really do something about this situation I do not feel I was treated like a customer should have been treated he was very rude and had a attitude about mixing the right I don't believe he even added salt in the rice this was a horrible experience for me. I asked for the general manager they stated that he was not available and that he was out of town which he clearly needs to be focused on his restaurant instead of being out of town helping other Chipotle restaurant because it's clear that his team does not care about customer satisfaction which is the priority of...
Read moreI placed a pick up order. It was ready 30 min past my promised pick up time. The salad dressing was thankfully included for the two salads, but a half cup of vinaigrette isn't enough for one salad. It should at least be 1 full cup or 2 of the half servings they use now. 🤷🏾♀️
Update:. The service is worse. The food is worse. Ordering delivery is horrible. Two of three entrees were incorrect but Chipotle doesn't take liability since Door Dash delivers......even though CHIPOTLE MAKES AND PACKS THE ORDER. DOOR DASH DOESN'T DO ANY OF THAT. I called to correct an order and the employee didn't understand something as simple as one of the entrees being wrong. "Well what's wrong with it?" It's the completely wrong entree. You have me an entree for Jim, packaged the wrong one for Alex, and didn't even bother to include one for Eryka. This is ridiculous. Everything tells you what should go where. I don't work in the food industry but there are labels and food receipts to tell you how to make things and what bags to put them in. I work in healthcare and have to assure I get the right med to the right person - far more important than food. And they can't get...
