If I could rate it Zero stars I would!!!!!! This location is Ridiculous, not once not twice but 3 times have I had issues going there. A few months ago I had gone and they had accidentally swapped the orders with the person infront of us ( the car ahead had paid for my order and got their food) however I was then expected to pay for their food and receive what I had ordered (approximately $5 more than what my order should have cost) now normally this would not have been a big issue for me but the way it was handled was outrageous! I decided that mistakes happen and we decided to stop again yesterday. We go through the drive through and everything goes well until we get to the final window and they have us a mocha frappé instead of a Carmel frappé I was told it was rung in as mocha there was nothing they could do. Okay not a problem I then realized there was a sandwich missing and was told that never got rung up. Okay not a big deal I’ll go back around so I did, okay cool we now have everything I go to open my SPICY McCrispy and it’s just regular. I’m over it at this point. I go home. Well my husband stops today to pick me up the Spicy Mcrispy since I didn’t get it yesterday and guess what he brings home? A quarter pounder with cheese! Should he have double checked the bag, yes. Read moreEmployees can make or break you, and that goes for MANAGERS as well. Nothing like having a managers attitude ruin your whole morning. I ordered an iced caramel mocha (as I have routinely at this location for years). They handed me a frozen one first and I politely told them I had ordered an iced one. I understand when the restaurant is busy that things get stressful, but don't take it out on the customer. I was then handed what appeared to be an iced coffee. I've been getting the iced caramel mochas long enough to know what they look like. I told the young girl that it still wasn't what I ordered. The manager snapped at me that it WAS an iced caramel mocha. It had no Whipped cream, caramel sauce and definitely was not one. She took it back, put a tiny bit of whipped cream on it and handed it back to me. Needless to say, I left frustrated that I still didn't get what I ordered. I tasted it and it was terrible. I don't remember this manager ever being there and I know the girls that wait on me on a regular basis. That manager should get a major attitude adjustment and maybe learn to smile and be happy...

I would say about every 1 out of 3 visits my order is wrong and I just go with it and don't call or complain but did this time because it wasn't my order . I spoke with 4 different Managers and then being told that I could either come back now and get the order or next time tell them my name and I would be compt. Fast forwarding I come back about a week later and my info was not taken down and seems they keep a notebook that one manager had to flip thru , handful of pages and asked my name 4 times. We all have bad days it can only imagine working on a fast food establishment like McDonald's. But my biggest issue was the fact she wrote my name separate scrap piece of paper and then made me feel as if I was trying to get free food and you know it's one thing I have to drive all the way back to get my right order the second time then you need to replace it let me give me attitude about it and make me feel like I'm stealing like I did not...
