Had an absolutely horrible experience with this venue. I would give this place negative stars if possible. I placed an online order on my wedding day which took around 20 minutes to place (not a user friendly ordering system) I called the restaurant to confirm that the orders were all set and ready. The woman told me it didn’t go through her system. I told her that I had a confirmation number and verified I had the right location which I did. I’ve then suggested that I just place my order over the phone to her as I had previously been told that was an option when I called earlier in the week. She told me that they don’t take phone numbers and call back in 15 minutes to see if it came through the system. I called back in 15 minutes and she said the number still wasn’t in the system. I suggested sending a picture, emailing, or faxing the order which is already listed out. Not willing to accommodate or make any helpful suggestions to remedy the situation. I had the email which said they had received my order and included a confirmation number and payment order. The staff was still unwilling to do anything to help remedy the situation. Read moreWe used to have positive experiences with this location but lately it’s been going down hill. Such as employees stop making your sandwich to help a customer who interrupts and was not in line because they want extra condiments and then the employee hands the condiment packets and silverware with their gloves on and TOUCHES the customers hands and then going back to making your sandwich with the same gloves or cutting tuna sandwiches and not cleansing the knife before cutting a veggie! Or how about they go to the register with gloves on and then go back on the line without changing gloves!
Lately the cookies are COMPLETELY raw in the middle!

Read moreThey currently have buy 2 get 1 free. I called in today to verify it could be used ordering in store. Was told it could. Stopped in tonight. Only customer in the building. She immediately had an attitude when I said I was ordering 4 subs. They didn’t have any cheese and herbs bread. Then when I tried to pay the buy 2 get one wasn’t working. She tried saying it was because I didn’t order online. Then it was only good on certain subs. Then maybe it was ended. She was guessing and had no idea why it wouldn’t work.
