I love star bucks. Coffee’s amazing, food is better. The vibe always great. But not this one. Im a very mellow guy and I hate leaving bad reviews. I walked up to the door. I go inside, I walk to the counter. I stood there for a couple minutes with no contact. Starbucks is a coffee shop that usually is speaking and greeting me right away even if they are bound up. Inform me what’s going on. But not this one. I was the first in line with a woman waiting behind me. 6 employees or so in the cafe area. A couple of them waiting around to do something, didn’t look busy. They even came near me and looked at me a few times, didn’t say a word. I get you are busy. I understand that. I work at a store as well. But that is ridiculous. You must greet your customer, even if it’s a small gesture. Finally one of the girls not doing anything came up to me and asked me what my online order was. I wanted to order at the counter but she told me they are not doing sales in the cafe. I had to download their app, make an account, put my card on there, than order my stuff. But not at the computer she was standing at. Whatever, I back up and try doing the app, it was taking forever to just place an order for a dam coffee. Than the woman waiting behind me went up to the counter and they let her order her coffee inside. Right in front of my face. I came up angry to confront it and the excuse was that the woman worked there. Even though She came in off duty, as a customer, they let her order a coffee inside after telling me she is not aloud to take customer orders inside. There were no signs on the door, there were no signs indoors indicating these things. The girls need to learn how to serve a customer. By this point I had been there for 10 minutes. All I got was a cold shoulder and we can’t help you. The communication was absolutely awful. This has been the worst fast food experience I have ever had. I finally got to the app. I tryes to order a pumpkin spice latte and a breakfast sandwich. And they didn’t have either of these things. A dam bacon egg and cheese sandwich. Are you kidding me.15 minutes of my lunch wasted. I would not recommend this location. You shouldn’t let people inside if they can’t order inside. That’s the owners fault. No signs. Nothing. Read moreI had a very unfortunately experience over the weekend. As someone who was a shift supervisor at Starbucks, I am someone who is extremely understanding of the difficulties of the job and demands. We have never been to this location and sadly can say will never go back despite convenience. I ordered my Venti Iced Coffee with extra classic syrup and cream. My daughter got a Grande vanilla bean cream frappacino. My wife a grande vanilla latte. All of these came out wrong and the girl at drive through was rude and took tip without thanking or acknowledging me saying thanks so much. When I told her my daughter got a strawberry cream frappacino she seemed irritated and I said I would park and come in. By the time I pulled around I discovered mine had no classic and no cream and my wife's had little to no vanilla. I went to the register where a man barely acknowledged me as I told him what happened and I was there to pick up the remade vanilla bean cream frappacino. I accidentally misspoke (yes, forgot the lingo despite working there years and years back) and said vanilla bean frappacino to which he sassily said "we don't have a vanilla bean frap." I said I'm sorry vanilla bean cream.." and he began ringing it up. I said no it's being remade and can I have you put cream in my iced coffee and I'll take some sugars. (I'm guessing Starbucks no longer puts the cream and sugar out because I would have done myself otherwise) he said in a snarky tone sure and I (having my hands full) struggled a bit to open lid to my iced coffee. I said wow these are harder to get off is there a secret jokingly to which he blankly stared. This experience was awful. We didn't even want to attempt to ask for pumps of sugar and vanilla and just made do with wrong drinks and the couple packets he allowed us to have of sugar. I've never seen a more unfriendly bunch of workers and I have frequented quite a lot of Starbucks over the years. Read moreLet me start off by saying this is the first Starbucks I have ever been in where they don’t acknowledge or greet you when you walk in. Yesterday, I placed an online order for two drinks at 7:03 am on the app. I was given an estimated pick up time of 7:07. When I arrived at the store at 7:10, one my drinks was on the counter, but the other was not. Because no one bothers to acknowledge you, I had to stand there for a minute or two until I could get someone’s attention. While there were at least 5 people behind the counter, only one was making drinks.Mobile orders seemed relatively slow, I assume because of the snow storm. When the barista finally turned around to place another drink on the counter, I asked her where my other drink was. She asked my name, turned around, looked at the few stickers she had of upcoming drinks, and then began making drinks again. 11 minutes went by as I stood at the counter. In that time, not one other person acknowledged me and asked me why I was still standing there. I didn’t get my second drink until 7:21. Meanwhile, people in the drive thru who had just pulled up were getting their drinks one after the other. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this experience at this particular location — this store focuses solely on drive thru and puts the mobile orders at the back of the line. It occurs to me now that I had I walked out of the store, got in my car, and gone through the drive thru to pick up my second drink, I would have got it a lot sooner.
