Wendy's — Restaurant in Maysville

Ok..went through the drive thru this afternoon and the guy says you have to pay cash. I asked can I use my card inside he said yes so around the building I drive. I gave my daughter my card and told her to get her sandwich and a baked potato for my Mom. I wait probably 10 minutes and she comes out empty handed. Says Mom they are fighting in there so I just left along with the people in line in front of me. I take the card and go back in. They are still spating a bit but not to terrible. No one seems to care to wait on me so I continue to stand there. A woman that was eating inside came to the counter looked at me and said I'm almost afraid to ask fir anything. She did though. She wanted to know if anyone had made sweet tea yet. She got a big no. She left and a gentleman came in from outside that was wai]I on his order said for 15 minutes He asked for the manager.They had some words and he threw the sandwich on the counter that somebody haded him and told them what they could do with it. Finally a sweet young girl asked if I still wanted something and I said yes if it can be managed. She looked like she wasn't sure so I asked if I tell you what I want will that help. She said yes so I told her I wanted the new chicken sandwich and the baked potato..they had no potatoes but she got right on the sandwich and I was able to exit the building..never in all my life have I seen...

I don't usually eat at wendys. One of the reasons being that the burgers are so thin. But my bf had mentioned wanting a baked potato an chili an I thought it sounded really good. We pulled up to the drive thru an was asked what we wanted. First he ordered the baked potatoes. We were told that they were out of them. Both of u very let down asked bout chili. We were told that they only had 1 container left. So we ended up ordering 2 of the $5 biggie bags I believe. I ordered the crispy chicken blt an he order the double stack. Then we were asked if it was ok if they didn't have cheese on them cause they were out of cheese. Then they went on to ask us what we would like to drink. We said Cokes. I bet u can't guess what response we got. Yup that they were out coke. We pulled to the window she gave us the strawberry lemonade we ordered. Then she pulled us up to wait on our food cause we asked for it fresh. I looked at our drinks an realized that they were still yellow. The employee charissa who brought our food out was so sweet. She fixes our drinks with no attitude an was very pleasant. I'm not sure whats going on at this location but thats an awful lot of things...

In all of my life I've never had this bad of service. I cannot believe that this company can still be in business after serving food like this. Was charged $25 for food that has been sitting around for hours. I will never go through a Wendy's establishment again. It is incredible to me that they are still a lot of being business. Absolutely disgusting if I were to eat the food that was given to me I would have been in the hospital. I hope to God they go out of business. Maysville Kentucky, Wendy's needs to be sued for hiring people that would ever serve people this type of food or to this low of standards. Wendy's corporation is the worst fast food industry in the business. I'm going to make it my personal objective to make sure that nobody ever gets served or gets food than I did this evening. Money is absolutely no object in my life when it comes to going after large companies and this will be a personal priority to make sure that Wendy's will be held accountable for the actions and the management or lack of that was held at the location in maysville.
