Pros: clean , restroom clean , order taken immediately. Food taste fresh and delicious

I’ve had the steak on red skins last week and it was delicious

Cons:(personal) this time around I Already dug in before noticing that the chicken is premade . Doesn’t take too much away from taste but I don’t personally love it . I hate the texture or pre made chicken . Again , this is a personal preference! That’s not to take away from the chicken being served hot . I ordered red skins , jalapeños, broccoli, chicken , roasted peppers and onions , pepper jack cheese and chipotle sauce on the side.

The veggies were not chopped how they were the last visit . I like a bite size portion in every bite not chunks of food that have to be eaten alone .

Again only 1 start off because of the inconsistency of the food . It was different from my first two times but still hot , fresh and good .

Be prepared to wait at least 30 mins as well but it’s ok because I’ll wait for hot food .

I want to like this place… I really do. They never actually greet. Just ask a question about picking up and or what can they get me. I’m becoming accustomed to the lack of customer service in today’s service industry. I’ve had several potatoes from here and I have to add seasoning to every one of them. Today I got the Oh Boil. For 16 bucks I was expecting a better boil. It looks disgusting with this Parmesan on top and it’s JUST OK. As usual. Like the idea is there but the execution is not. They mashed up my potato as well, but I asked for a whole potato. That made it a little watery. I feel like if you are going to add a boil on the potato, please perfect the boil first. Otherwise, you just threw bell peppers, corn, sausage and shrimp on not so mashed mashed potatoes. Thank God sausages already have flavor. I’m just disappointed bc i only get 30 minutes to grab something and this is what Im making...

I'm a first timer. I placed two orders, a Heavy Veggie and a Steakhouse. When I picked up my order, I was scared thinking that I had ordered too much food. The bag weight was around 4lbs. I know the place is called "Spudz" but I was not expecting the bottom 2/3 of the dish to consist of unseasoned tasteless potatoes. The"Heavy Veggie" is anything but heavy veggies+ I added veggies, a deceptive marketing ploy. I moved half of the dish after digging in and only pulling up potatoes, just to see what I'm eating from the bottom. The "Steakhouse" was worse than the heavy veggie. The roasted potato quarter plenty and crunchy, the beef"gravy", water and the ⭐ of the dish cuts were inconsistent and almost non-existent. I'm a potato fan. I just can't be a Spudz fan. $38 money not spent wisely. Oh before I forget, the cheese is loaded...
