I only come to this Starbucks when I have no choice, but today was the last time. I go to Starbucks every single day and order a custom order. And, I go to several locations in the area. Hardly ever do I experience an issue.
But, this particular location is by far the rudest and always overcharges.
Today, my experience was far worse. Because of my custom order I always explain exactly what I want. I asked for soy milk all the way to the top. The woman taking my order repeated that to me. Sometimes, I get charged for extra soy milk, and sometimes I don't and I've learned to accept that. Today when I received my order I knew it wasn't filled with soy all the way to the top. So I asked the woman if I could get what I requested. During rush hour - no less - she explained to me that was all I was going to get then proceeded to have her manager repeat the same thing. For the first time ever, I asked for a refund at Starbucks.
I asked for cold soy all the way to the top. If I asked for it, why didn't I receive it? If I was going to get charged extra, why not say that at the beginning and give me that choice? That's what every other Starbucks does.
I will never go to this location again and recommend you do the same. It's not worth the hassle. And, it's not just one particular shift or employee. That seems to be the overall culture of...

Edit to add I didn't think I would be back to this location but I was in the area, sure enough again I was disappointed with the service they made it clear twice that they cannot give me a Trent a cup of ice. If they have to charge me I'm fine with that ic pay fot it but why deny the customer a simple cup of ice. it is my preference to add extra ice to my drink when the one in my iced coffee starts to melt I shouldn't have to explain that and it is just ice . Like I said before just stick to another location. Originally stopped by for the Iced Pecan Crunch Oatmilk Latte but I realized on the app to order ahead it was marked as unavailable, once at the drive through I ordered a pineapple refresher and was informed the refresher was unavailable .When I mentioned that the Iced Pecan Crunch Oatmilk Latte that I originally came for was unavailable as well they told me they did have that available. So confusing they need to keep better track of their inventory. Iced Pecan Crunch Oatmilk Latte did surpass my expectations,it's my new favorite drink!!! But in the future I'll stick to the Starbucks in pharr on cage as my go to location to avoid...

I love Starbucks and I like coming to this location it’s just down the street from my work and I had never experienced anything bad until today. As a veteran I came excited to get my free coffee and waited in line a while but it didn’t matter I was going to have me some Starbucks but my energy went down hill when I get to the ordering speaker and ask for my free coffee and the gentleman that answered seemed annoyed that I asked for my FREE coffee, he answered “ ok, tall black coffee is that all?” He didn’t even offer any creamer or sugar and he just told me flat out drive up. When I got to the other window he passed the coffee to another gentleman. Why would you all have people that are going to get annoyed by customer asking for a service you all are offering or is that guy just against giving service to military?
