Pizza Hut — Restaurant in McAllen

Very poor service! Very poor management! The waitress took our drink order never brought them. 20 minutes later another server saw that we were waiting so she came to our table to ask if we had ordered already. She got our drinks. When our order finally arrived they didn't give us any plates or any silverware. The waitress advised us afterwards that there wasn't any plates. Yet several other vacant tables had a bunch of dirty dishes that no one ever picked up. I served both of my toddler girls their pizza on a napkin. We had ordered cheese sticks and they never brought them to us. We told the server about it and all she said was "we ran out we have to make them" which is fine but why couldn't she mention it before. My husband went to go speak to the manager and found him laughing with other employees. My husband brought the problem to his attention and he said that they have been very busy that they only have 2 servers, and several new employees. Afterall I will never dine in this...

Now the 3 star rating is because they charged me over $22.00 for 12 wings, which comes out to almost about $2 wing. At the local supermarket here in RGV, you can get a pack of about 30 wings for $22.00, which comes out to about 75cents a wing. Now I know that there is no way in hell Pizza Hut, is paying that much per wing, they buy it in bulk from the cheapest distributor there is, chance are they are getting it at about 10 cents a wing, according to a buddy who works in the poultry industry. So they have a a ridiculous mark up on these. A large 1/2 & 1/2 speciality pizza cost less than the wings. Not to mentioned they aren't breaded or flavored, just thrown in a deep fryer and sauced sprayed all over. I they were okay at best, nothing amazing, but i xan say with all honesty, they were a rip off, and definitely not worth the money. Everything else was fine and the servers...

Do not come to this location. They are so irresponsible and brain dead. I had come 2 weeks ago and it took them 30 min AFTER I submitted my order to call me just to tell me they didn’t have any pan pizza left. I waited on the phone thinking the employee was going to suggest a medium size or anything similar, but nothing. I was so frustrated I just left. I decided to give them another chance and came again today and they didn’t call me so I assumed they did have pan pizza this time. But my order never came.
