I normally have a very enjoyable experience at Starbucks; whether it be w the cashier at the window being extremely pleasant, to my drinks/food coming out promptly. But the past couple of visits have been horrendous. The first bad experience was just a couple days ago when I went into their restroom, it was disgusting!! The urninal still has pee in and around it, and you could barely see the floor under all the toilet paper and paper towels. I didnt even want to use the restroom in such filth! My second bad experience was just moments ago, there's wasn't much of a wait and the gentleman who took my order was just as friendly as the others I've spoken w. My concern was the cashier at the window, being loud and obnoxious talking about how "I don't even put my two weeks in, if I'm out I just bounce." It looked like she was having a conversation with her coworkers but this is just POOR ETIQUETTE. Im not sure if management has changed but 2 bad visits consecutively, I won't be making my morning trips...
Read moreI went through the drive through and they gave me a drink with expired milk. When I got down to have them remake they seemed nice enough and agreed to remake it. I stood at the bar for over 5 minutes waiting for my drink to be remade. Finally a baristas asked me if I was waiting for anything. They never started remaking my drink! I was partnered with a manager (I think) and he apologized but at this point I had work and couldn’t wait for my drink. He refunded my order and even gave me two “On us” cards for their mishap and I left content because they owned up to their mistakes. However when I went the following morning the barista at the window told me the cards WHERE NOT ACTIVATED. She really couldn’t care less and didn’t offer in anyway to make it right. Read moreI am writing this review on behalf of my mother who says she had a bad experienced in this paticular starbucks. She spoke little english but tried to explain what she wanted as the employer wasn't paying much attention because of how my mom spoke. Instead, she got 2 cappucinos rather than 2 hot mochas. The cashier wasn't very interested in even taking the order, had my mom wait for her two caramel drzls. My mother did not enjoy the cappucinos because they were filled halfway. She didn't bother to complain because, again spoke little english. The service was poor, the drinks weren't properly filled as if they were running out of it.
