I ordered 170 bone in wings 5 orders of fries , and one hamburger combo , the order was for to go, it was for a Halloween lunch with all the employees.. when I went to pick it up, I asked them if everything was complete , I even call before go to ask them if my order was ready.. to avoid long wait time .. and repeat the order to the women in the phone and she said yes everything is ready.. so I picked up .. when I got work with all the employees in their lunch break , we see only have 70 wings, the fries and the hamburger.. how it can happen? I call them back and explain the situation and yes they accept the mistake , so I went to pick up again the missing part , I asked for the manager and a women’s with a bad attitude approaches to me and told me like what? I told her what happened and that the employees were missing time of the lunch break and all she said was “ok ok ok ok” that’s all she said .. that’s a shame how a place like wing barns can have a manager like she .. with the poor customer service and even with bad mood , more than a half of the employees lost more than a half time of their lunch break.. they eat their fries cold and she was not good to offer a least some fries .. that’s why this is the worst wing barn in the valley. I know somebody will respond this review saying they will work to offer a better experience as always...

I recently visited this south McAllen location and had an amazing experience. The wings were absolutely mouthwatering, cooked to perfection with just the right balance of crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The variety of sauces was impressive – from tangy buffalo to sweet honey BBQ, there's something for everyone. My personal favorite was buffalo lemon pepper which had the perfect kick!

The atmosphere was casual and welcoming, with friendly staff who were eager to make sure our experience was top-notch. We didn’t have to wait long for our food, and the portions were generous – definitely worth the price.

Whether you're a wing connoisseur or just looking for a delicious meal, I highly recommend checking out wing barn. It’s a great spot to enjoy some tasty wings with friends or family. I’ll definitely be coming back soon! I hope this place sticks around for many...

Went today and was told it would be a 30 minute wait for wings which was not a problem. An hour later nothing. Went and asked the cashier for a refund since it was an hour. Cashier snapped at me in front of customers saying it was a 40min wait and that I had a big order (30 wings and 1 order of fries). Told him it was an hour and that about 5 families that had gotten there after us had already gotten their food. ( 1 family that ordered about 20min after us, got their order, ate and were leaving as I was talking to the cashier). Cashier was rude and disrespectful. No apology from the cashier for snapping or for the wait time. Wife had asked the other cashier as to why it was a long wait and she said "becuase you ordered traditional wings".
