This Domino's does not take the time for their customers. My daughter gave me a coupon for a free 2 topping medium pizza. I had to order more to be able to use the coupon so I took the opportunity to try some new items. I got the Primavera pasta bowl and the Philly sandwich. After ordering I got a call from Michael the store manager letting me know it would be 2 hours before delivery because he was short drivers. He offered to cancel my order right away. I wasn’t worried about the time so I kept the order. I was looking forward to trying something new and understood his situation. I did ask him to please make sure it was right. Well the order was completely right and got here in less than the full 2 hours. The driver was pleasant and the food was still warm (not hot). My problem was not with staff, delivery time or price. My problem was totally food quality and preparation. The Philly was hard dry and lacked filling of any kind; there were only 2 thin slices of mushroom and barely anything else on it. The pasta was dry, crunchy and had 2 spinach leaves and 3 pieces of tomatoes; with no mushrooms at all. The pizza was free, I won’t bother with it, needless to say it lacked attention from whom ever prepared it. I called the store (not to get my money back; I worked as a manager and understand Michael’s dilemma) but only to inform them of the food quality being sent out. Having an off night should NOT affect food service to their customers. I hardly got 3 words out before he instantly was telling me he would refund my money. I tried to explain that was not why I was calling. I just wanted him aware before too many others complained. I got the polite quick brush off. Some times people don’t call to complain, they call to help improve customer service. Wonder if he even bothered to make sure the quality of food was better. This call could have saved him money and not cost a refund if he had stopped and listened instead of rushing.

I ordered a pizza today. Thin crust extra olives and green peppers with no cheese. This is what they left at my door. I opened it and it was the first photo. Broken, burnt, and basically on one side of the box. I spread it out to see how bad it really was. I called and was told thin crust pizzas always burn and if you don't put the sauce close to the edge, it will turn out that way. She told me that she doesn't recommend thin crust because of that. She said I can have a credit so when I came back (HA!), I'll have that credit towards another pizza. Or come into to pick up another one. We'll I came in and was given a pizza half as burnt with very few olives and peppers. I ask for a refund and was told by the cashier "you got your order, we don't do refunds". I was not going to leave on that note. Another person making orders came and told me that the woman I spoke to said if you don't have cheese, it will burn. Not true, she did not say that and when I tried to explain what she said, he said fine I'll give you a refund and it will take up to 7 days. I will NEVER go back there. And just a note, I've had thin crust pizzas without cheese at other domino's and they weren't burnt. Period.

My pizza was missing Honey Bar B Que sauce, my brownies were burnt, and as you can see in my photos I have called the store 3xs, been on hold with the store for almost an hour just to be disconnected twice. I called back for a 3rd time and now I'm on hold for 35min now! I spent $35 and I tipped my driver cash! This will be my very last time with Dominoes. This is not the 1st time but it will be the last! Yall try Pizza Hut instead! Don't waste your money. UPDATE: all 3 calls the phone was answered and I was hung up on. I Just read the reviews and this has been going on for years. Clearly corporate doesn't care! YOUVE BEEN WARNED! DONT ORDER HERE!

I would give negative 10 stars!!!!! I placed an online order, then I seen on the pizza tracker a comment saying Candice was preparing my pizza, but the tracker never undated until an hour later had pass then it said preparing. I called to get an update and I was told to allow another 30 minutes because they are behind. A hour and 30 minutes for a carry out is ridiculous. The tracker did not update and no texts were sent. After waiting another 30 minutes my order was cancelled with no call no nothing, so I called the store and waited on hold for 15 minutes to be told by Candice my emergency free pizza was cancelled because the system got hacked, I told her I have seen others receive they pizzas online and a family member got they pizza, plus it’s advertised on Domino’s website. I believe Candice got a lot of orders and she didn’t want to make the pizzas so she canceled them instead. Domino’s need to get another manager who doesn’t cut you off when you’re talking, who has customer service skills, who will use the tracker/text notifications, and who will answer the telephones. This was my first time ordering from here and now I see why. Based off the previous reviews a lot of improvements are...
