Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in McHenry

Food was alright but if you ask for anything on a quesadilla, it'll come on the side?? Idk weird to me atleast, no other place does that.

Service was overall not good when I was there. Cashier lady was very rude and acted like I should know everything for here. Asked me what I got, told her a quesadilla, she looks at me and says with a snotty voice, any meat? I said yeah, chicken. Snotty voice again, anything else on it? I said yeah, cheese. She seemed annoyed and looked at me like I'm stupid and said that's it? Nothing else? I said no, you put everything wlse on the side that's right in front of you. Then I also ordered chips and salsa. She asked me what kind of salsa, I asked what they have and she just points at all the food. I told her that doesnt answer my question (mind you, I'm already annoyed with her) and see says like a mild one or spicy. So I say mild and I wind up with there mild salsa that's practically just tomatoes. Couldn't even use it like a salsa. Had to go back and pay for over priced queso

While eating there was nothing but commotion, some even yelling at each other (wether seriously or for fun, idk)

It's really disappointing to say this but the McHenry Chipotle is extremely unorganized and inconsistent. If you don't have time to order in store, don't bother. I tried to give them the benefit of doubt but my last 3 online orders have been completely ignored until past the estimated finish and were not started until I went to the store, got in line and asked if they could start it. If you can't keep up with online orders, don't offer them. Don't give an inaccurate finish time. The employees are not understanding and only moderately helpful when problems are brought to their attention. Then once I received my order they had placed hot queso on top of guacamole the most recent time. I love chipotle but my trust and ability to not micro manage the placement of ingredients is long gone. It's a shame, this is the closest store to my home and work but a farther drive for the right order with no frustration is starting to sound worth it.

Where to start.. first off, probably just talked to the stupidest girl ive ever met. Kids quesadilla.. she starts to make a chicken quesadilla with a regular tortilla. I say “is that for someone else?” She looks dumb founded.. kids quesadilla.. ok sounds like chicken.. maybe an honest mistake. I correct her. Kids quesadilla. Secondly, ive never been to chipotle and had “small” burrito.. except this time. I think there were 5 little pieces of chicken... 5! Damn burrito looked like a taquito! Then after I ordered the burrito and kids meal togo she asks, “for here?” What?! Like, I want my first 2 orders togo and the last one here?? No Dummy! Thirdly, Get to checkout and the rest of the kids meal is missing. I said to the cashier Im missing the rest of the kids meal. The cashier corrects the girl. She proceeds to say she never said kids.. really... really?!? Cuz I said it twice! I love chipotle but hate this location. I wonder if they drug test their employees cuz im pretty sure this girl was either high AF or just plain stupid. Lastly, Chips are...
