Should be an option for NO STAR'S Bad management , no customer service, employees walking around with hats on backwards and no name tags.. never thanked for my business or greated when we walked in ..the cashier she was friendly but wasn't even up front when we walked in..The manager looked mad and literally didn't speak to a single customer while I was there . We went at a busy time around 7pm on a Saturday night ..yet a lot of the pizza was old. Stood at the buffet waiting to order a specialty pizza, and several employees saw me standing there but never offered any assistance . I had to literally say excuse me, I'm trying to order a pizza. Then I had to wait like 5 mins just to get my drink, because they had no ice and even after we told an employee there wasn't any ice, it took them atleast 5 mins to walk out there and fill it up. Not to mention a group of guys walked in the exit door in front of us when we arrived, we did to by mistake following them in what we thought was the correct door. But once we noticed we went in the proper door and paid 25$+ for myself, my boyfriend and our two kids to eat. My service tonight, was probably far from that. You literally had The cashier, not even mind me any business when I came to the counter, she thought opening every roll of coins was more important than welcoming me in, then as soon as I walked away she bent over on the counter and just started being on her phone... in front of the Manager. You had boys that work here come up here on there day off and just walk in and hang out in the buffet line and talk to everyone working with a BLACK cigarette hanging out in his mouth! Then! What actually upset me the most is, The cashier was still bent over on the counter the cooks were just in this group huddle, those boys were just hanging out talking to everyone else. We had nowhere to sit because every single table was DIRTY and full of trash, the manager of all people was cleaning the whole lobby! While everyone else was just riding the clock?! The employees are miserable...not a single one smiled. I went to the salad bar to get tomatoes and was told, well we're refilling everything right now, it's going to be about 15 minutes. Ispoke with the manager about our bad experience. He was offended I mentioned to him how unhappy his employees were, argued even though I was told it's be 15 minutes before I could get cherry tomatoes that it didn't take the full fifteen minutes. He was offended because they are all teenage employees that are moody and he couldn't motivate them. One girl was still struggling over a break-up. He went on to explain how since he was leaving one of the young girls gave him a box of chocolates as a gift because she knew she was going to miss him...so he was one of the more caring managers and they liked working for him.
