-0 stars... One of the worst experiences!! Marissa, the only employee on duty charged me for the wrong sandwich which cost a substantial amount more than what I ordered and received. Since the register didn't show the amounts when she rung me up, I didn't see the mistake until I had my receipt. I pointed out the issue, and she couldn't help. She said she would get her manager, who she knew was never there. I asked her to double check if the manager was there, and she told me I know she's not here. She said she would call her, and she would be back soon. Marissa never called her manager, she said her name was Lisa. I had to drop my kids off and then went back. Marissa changed her story again, this time she still hadn't called Lisa and she knew for sure that Lisa wouldn't be back. Marissa seemed to be a young girl, and she was left there to work ALONE at night, and obviously isn't trained to refund money etc. Not only is it bad customer service, it's a huge safety concern! I would not be okay with my teenagers working at night alone. The issue was never resolved, and she had a horrible attitude and was extremely annoyed with me for wanting her to correct the situation and the fact that I expected her to not continue lying to me. Read moreThis was my favorite subway spot to visit but tonight Maria left a bad taste in my mouth. I will not be visiting this location again. Maria was very sarcastic for one I got 2 all American salads. The Hispanic guy was putting out toppings on their and she came from the back while he is fixing my salads to stop me to pay. I was the only customer during that time so she made me feel rushed as if I wasn’t going to pay for my food. I didn’t understand she was in back working while getting my salad fixed. She stopped me from finishing my salad to pay. She over charges me and was charging me for the wrong thins. I got an all American salad and she was charging me separate stuff way higher than I ever paid. I normally pay 9 something for one all American salad which is for regular meat not double meat. Marie didn’t want to hear me out nor explain why I’m being charged that much. She was like you can call my manager and the price is what it is. I have been to this location all the time and from my understanding there is a difference between a 6fr versus 12ft. I am highly unhappy with this location and will file a complaint very displeased. After I asked what the issue was, MARISOL decided to lash out that ONLINE DELIVERIES TAKE PRIORITY. This is not posted on the store door, this is not listed online. If this information was accessible, I would've ordered online first then picked up my kids food. Instead, she decided to tell me I could just leave. Not once did she say hello, give me a second, I need to complete these orders, not even eye contact! So to tell me I could leave AFTER waiting 45 minutes to NOT even order is unacceptable. NEVER GO TO THIS STORE. I literally watched them scrap bottom pieces of the bins to put on sandwiches.
