Arrived on time for our reservation Saturday night, our 4 top was sat within a few minutes. We then waited for just water for 20+ minutes after the server zoomed by our table 3 different times. While waiting for water a table was being set right next to us for a large party who had not arrived yet and we watched all the water glasses at this empty table get filled (the table stayed empty for our entire visit). We finally were able to get drinks and apps ordered. Queso was lukewarm, wagyu meatballs were good. Once we received our meals my husband’s chicken was literally raw. We alerted our server who looked at it, made a face, then left and came back with the message that the manager gave her permission to delete from our check and a $10 gift certificate. Her demeanor completely changed when interacting with other tables (very friendly/seemingly engaged) and it was clear she wasn’t interested in trying to turn around our experience. We ordered another round of drinks, one of which we never got and didn’t see our server for another 20+ minutes. We asked for a manager when she came back and she told us she’d been waiting at the bar for the missing drink (we had a clear view of the bar and did not see her once). She asked if “everything was ok” to which we told her no. Waited 10 more minutes for the manager and a person in our party walked up to him at the host stand to ask if he planned to come talk to us. He gestured him away and said he’d be by soon. He came by, we let him know what had happened and how the whole evening (a birthday dinner no less) was a disappointment. There was no apology, in fact he said nothing and walked to the check stand with the server. When he passed our table all that was said was “she’ll get your check”. Awful experience, and too many great restaurants in the area to waste your time here. We walked to Bobs Chophouse for drinks/dessert, had stellar service, and wished we’d gone there for dinner instead. We’ve been wanting to visit for brunch and sadly will be steering clear of...
Read moreI don’t usually leave reviews, but the dinner was so good I can’t keep it to myself. From the moment we walked into the restaurant, the energy was perfect — warm lighting, lively chatter, and that faint hum of music that makes you feel like you’ve stumbled into the spot everyone knows about but doesn’t advertise.
And then there was Celeste. Our server wasn’t just “good” — she was on it from the start. Friendly without being overbearing, quick without making us feel rushed, and somehow always appearing right when we needed something. She knew the menu inside out, gave spot-on recommendations, and remembered every tiny detail of our order without a single note.
Drinks came out fast and perfectly made. The food was excellent across the board — fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. My friend’s short rib practically melted off the bone, and my pasta had that perfect balance where you can taste every ingredient without anything overpowering the rest.
But honestly? As good as the food was, Celeste made the night. She has that rare ability to make you feel like you’re her favorite table, even though you can tell she’s juggling ten others. Little things stood out — topping off water without asking, checking in just enough to make sure everything was perfect, and somehow remembering my friend’s favorite cocktail from a visit months ago.
If every restaurant had a Celeste, dining out would be a whole different experience. This place has the food, the atmosphere, and the service to make it worth every penny. I’m already planning my next visit — and I’ll be asking for...
Read moreProbably one of the worst service I have ever received. Came in last night and got sat at a table and waited over 20min and no one came to serve us. Eventually got up to go to the host stand to get help and still no one was there. Eventually flagged down the bartender to let her know we’d been waiting for awhile and she finally went to get our server. When she came to take care of us there was no mention of the mistake or wait. Ordered drinks and an app. Food came almost the same time as the drinks, that’s how long it took. My wife ordered the lavender martini and it came in a champagne flute? I ordered the pineapple sour and it was okay. I got a second one that also took over ten minutes to arrive and was a different color and taste. Also never once had water refilled. Had to ask for it and that still took almost as long as the drinks. It was a relatively slow Monday night so can’t excuse things like a cloth napkin laying on the floor in the middle of a walkway the entire night as server after server just step over it and go chat at the bar. Half the screens on the TVs were the just DirectTV logo the whole time. The only reason we stayed was because the Musical Bingo put on by the company they contracted was amazing. The Bingo Host was the only one who took care of us and showed any kind...
