Update: McMinnville location has terrible customer service. Called to notify them they left artichokes off my gourmet veggie pizza. Was told i could drive back and get a side of artichokes. I appreciate getting the missing topping but seriously who's gonna drive all the way back for a side? Like remake the pizza you did not make correctly. It's not my mistake, I did nothing wrong And when I brought this up, I was put on hold and then hung up on. I honestly dont get service like this. A $17.00 pizza that isn't even made right and I get to spend more in gas to try and get it right. Thanks but no thanks guess I'll just have an incorrect pizza. Pizza is always good. I walked into Papa Murphy's and it smelled so good! There were a few people ahead of me so I waited my turn. When I got up to the counter I was greeted friendly by a nice young girl and an I said hi in return. I ordered a large combo and a 2 liter of pop. I ordered the pizza so they would bake it for me. You can order it so you can take it home too and bake it yourself but I didn't feel like cooking so that's why I had them bake it for me. It took about 20 minutes before they called my name and my pizza was done. I took it home and the first bite tasted so good. I love getting Papa Murphy's pizza not just because I don't have to cook it but because it tastes so good. Bad customer service. Prices extremely high for low quality pizza, skimpy toppings, cheap cheese, and funny how the pizzas just keep getting a little bit smaller. This used to be my go to place when I needed a quick meal for the night but now I can count on feeling disrespected and disappointed and out 50 buck for garbage pizza. Somehow they manage to charge more than other pizza restaurants for literally everything and they are the only ones that don't have to pay to cook the food. Business owners must really have little respect for who they are serving.
