Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Medford Township

My family and I have lived in Medford for over 7 years. We go to Rita’s regularly but we’re not white, and today we experienced first hand blatant racism at Rita’s. So today will be the last time we attempt to spend our hard earned money at this establishment, thank you for the wake up call. FYI, not all Brown men with beards are whatever your employees seemed to think. He’s law enforcement but your employees ignorance shined through today. To not acknowledge him by not opening the window but then a white family walks up and the window quickly opens. Oh Medford, at its finest, great place to live and work. Don’t worry you have one less Brown family to deal with. But in the manager’s defense, his employees would never act in such a manner. Obviously, yes some of your employees...

Stopped two days on my way into Philly..first day, service was great! Love the root beer Gelato! Second evening at 1800 with one young man washing the outside windows and 3 girls and 2 guys inside. One woman infront of me was served, I was next. No one bothered to help me. I spoke I to the window and asked if someone was going to help me, no response. I left. VERY DISAPPOINTED. If I have to be asked to be served t a walk up window, there is something wrong with the staff working on Thursday night. Won't stop at this Rita's again since they apparently don't care about...

This Rita's was probably the best one I've ever been at because it offers so much of a variety . You don't have to go anywhere else for you're cravings . They've got it All covered . I've never been to a Rita's that served milkshakes , gelati's,, soft ice cream in a cone , so many different types of mixtures of ice cream concoctions that you want to try multiple ones or wished you weren't just traveling through town so you could go back later and try another 5* + great service , friendly staff , clean...
