Alamo basically sucks. The food used to be consistent but now theres no effort put into preparing it. They do not read special instructions at all. My son is allergic to duck sauce so we ordered BBQ sauce on side and ofcourse no bbq sauce and they put duck sauce instead. Then for a 5 piece i recieved 3 pieces. Also requested in special instructions on fries to crisp alittle longer but did they nooo there white and soagy. Unreal when ive ben a customer for over 30years. So my son now has to eat soagy fries and a 3 piece dry as could be. Yup not going or ordering there for a long long time. Next time read someones special instructions so you dont end up with a lawsuit for messing with someones allergies. Im pissed. Thanks Alamo you out did...
Read moreI have been going to Alamos in medford sq for more than half of my life. Today i went in and witnessed something that will make me never return again. Whom i thought was the manager turned out to be the owner. The way he spoke to his employees was nothing less than disgusting. It was belittling for me to watch, never the less experience. The food is sub par to being with. But the way that man spoke to his employees makes me never want to put a dollar in his pocket again. So ill take my business elsewhere. I apoligized to the worker for having to been spoken to like that. Apparently its a common occurrence. Is this who you really want to give...
Read moreThe food doesn’t look anything like the pictures. My sandwich was roast beef and bread, nothing like the picture with sauces and cheese. We requested a burger with bacon and no Cheese, but they didn’t add the bacon and did put cheese. The description of the fries says “seasoned to perfection,” there wasn’t even salt on them. The onion rings had no breading, were covered in grease so arrived in a soggy pile. When I called to ask what we could do, she said I ordered wrong instead of helping us out or acknowledging where they messed up the order. Everything was so unappetizing we threw it away. I’m hungry and beyond dissapointed in Alamo. We...
