I have loved coming to this restaurant for years due exclusively to their lobster roll. However, what once was a plated dish with a clear indication of lobster inside the roll visually by a cracked Lobster tail and a beautiful display of edible flowers now a basic roll. It took me a minute to distinguish the lack of lobster due to the overwhelming amount of imitation crab, but at the end of the role I could tell what once was lobster is now a subpar fish. You never Fry lobster, and the fish that was in this roll was coated and fried. When I brought this to the service attention, she took it upon herself to talk to the chefs who came over and indicated to me that they didn’t know what lobster taste like. In an economy where food prices are increasing, and it’s very clear food quality is diminishing. I was incredibly unhappy with my experience. I will say the server was delightful and their miso soup is absolutely outstanding. On the fence on whether I will return to this restaurant, as clearly people are being lied to about their ingredients. This can cause severe food, allergies, and also, the trust factor has been

I am normally not one to write reviews but thought it was necessary for my experience here. We recently came in around 8pm and were told they closed soon and to order fast. We understood and were grateful to be sat. However, the service was unnecessary rushed as there were still two other tables waiting for food. The worst part was, as we got our food and were eating we both felt something un-chewable in our roll… it turned out to be deep fried PLASTIC. They told us they had left on some syran wrap . We ate most of the roll unfortunately and inevitably swallowed some pieces left in the roll. I understand the restaurant wanting to close fast, but at that point I would’ve rather been turned away. They took the one roll with the plastic off our bill which was appreciated but the whole experience was rather unpleasant. If you’re going to come to this establishment don’t go past 7:30.

This restaurant offers a great mix of both Japanese and Korean cuisine, making it a fantastic spot for those who enjoy both flavors. The service is excellent—friendly, attentive, and efficient, which enhances the overall dining experience. The portion sizes are satisfying, making it a good value for the price. One standout dish for me is the Yukgaejang, which is made authentically and packed with rich, bold flavors. It’s comforting, spicy, and exactly how it should be. Overall, a solid choice for those craving quality Japanese and Korean dishes with great service and generous portions. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Misoya use to be our favorite sushi restaurant, but it's gone WAY down hill over the years. Owners are money hungry and don't treat their employees well, and therefore they have huge turn over and poor customer service. Lately they have started to require pre-payment for over the phone orders. When I went to pick up our food last week, they had actually typed my entire credit card number, name, expiration date AND three digit code into their system and printed it out. I asked what they did with those receipts and she said "we throw them away." I informed her that that was illegal, and that they are giving anyone full access to use someone else's credit card by typing out all the info on a receipt they threw in the trash. She just stood there staring at me, along with a bunch of the other employees who said nothing. I asked her to give me the paper and I would take it with me. She couldn't find it, so she proceeded to print another one! Seriously? The whole reason I wanted it was so it wouldn't end up in the trash, what in the world would I want another copy printed for?? The lack of common sense, training and basic knowledge of how credit cards and fraud work have now forced me to NEVER eat here again. The owners have already been sued once for withholding tips from prior employees, I hope they are sued for fraud if anything ever happens to anyone's credit cards because of their lack of caring about...

We were a group of 4 people. They sat us down inside at 6:30pm. 4 minutes later the waitress brought our water over. And she said she will give us 5 to 10 minutes to decide on what we wanted. But she didn't return at all for the rest of the evening. Instead we waited patiently. By this time 30 minutes had already gone by. And we still haven't ordered anything yet. So i raised my hand. And a male waiter came by and took our order. He told us the sushi rolls will be delayed since they were behind. We said that's ok. Were not picky at all.

So we got our food, ate it. loved it. Enjoyed it. And then we finally received our sushi rolls. Loved it. Enjoyed it. They collected the dishes. But forgot to give us the check. So once again he waited patiently for the check. We finished eating at about 7:45 -7:50. We never had a server come back.

But we noticed that they had seated 2 couples. One after another. They came and ate and paid then left. And our booth was next to them. But again we never had a waiter or waitress cone back to our table. So at 8:40 I put my hand up in the air once again. And asked for our check. We paid then left. I understand they were busy with other tables but I never heard one of them apologize for the wait. Or to let us know that they would be right with us. I do love the food. But maybe next time they will take turns checking in...

Food is fine. Repetitive bad service.

If you would like to spend 75 -100 to not eat with your the people you are dinning with this is the place for you. We have had repetitive bad service here. Today I watched as people came, got sat, ordered and served sushi, while my partner had his food and I waited for my rolls. My rolls that sat, getting warm for over 20 minutes on the counter. The only reson I was served over an hour after ordering my rolls was because I flaged down a waitress. When I brought up my concerns, this waitress was defensive and rude. The original waitress that took our orderes did not check on us after my partners food was served. We left an hour after that at least. This is not the first time have bad service at this restaurant. We have had slow, inattentive, rude service. Last summer we left before ordering because the had the door open, the tables had bins of soiled platewear, and the resurant was swarming with flys. Tonight was a special occasion and we risked it again. We would like our $76+ back. When stranger at a table (seated after you) is leaving and makes a comment about how poor you service and food quality is you know there is a...
