Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience there. Purchased a pillow that had no visible price tag but was told it cost $79. Though I thought it was expensive for a plain, 18" sofa pillow, I trusted the sales person. When I got home, I found a "West Elm" price ticket of $39 inside the pillow. It was the (retail) price of the pillow cover, meaning that I was charged $40 just for an insert. I called the store back (twice), questioning the pricing but no one extended even a simple and basic customer service, courtesy call. I wasn't given the sales receipt and needless to say, will not be returning to shop there.

Ordered a custom leather couch before moving. Terra Firma did not check the furniture/leather when it arrived to their warehouse. They stored it until I ready for it in my new home in Bend. The couch was done in the wrong leather. It didn't go with my other furnishings and was just down right cheap looking. The couch was 4900.00 but because of my large purchase, I got 10% off. After several months of discussion, Chrissy, the owner, said they could do a 500.00 refund. I feel that was very unfair and will never shop there again.
