Chadwicks Pub — Restaurant in Medford

I was not at all impressed with the food or the bar staff. A very long wait for food that arrived cold. The bar staff is rude and overheard a lot of racist comments being 'loudly' made among themselves. Management definitely needs to address this issue and train staff to act in a more respectful and appropriate manner. This sort of behavior should never be tolerated. It speaks volumes for both management and the restaurant. The heavy set guy was extremely rude when a customer asked for a non-alcolohic beer, making comments that maybe he shouldn't be at the bar. Who is he to judge and be rude toward customers on their choice of drink, alcoholic or not. Perhaps the customer was the designated driver. Who really cares. All customers should be given the same respect and without ridicule. I found this bartender very offensive toward other staff as well. Two...

This was my first time at Chadwick's Pub. We went to watch the comedians and we had a great time!

The emcee was funny. He was a good warm up to start us off. He was funny between the acts as well. We were taking pictures before we left and he made an appearance in each one with a different funny face. That's timing.

Next up was Erin Ingle. She killed that night! I would come back again to see her.

Next up was Kermet Apio. He killed it also. I would also go back to see him.

It was a bit of a magical night. Ms. Ingle is from Jacksonville but lives in Washington now. The hometown crowd was definitely excited to see her. She had everyone laughing.

Kermet was very funny. He had a joke or too that made me laugh so hard that the people I was with were laughing at me.

As a former patron of this establishment, I feel compelled to share my disappointment after hearing about the way employees are treated. It’s deeply troubling to witness a business that claims to value hospitality and customer service show such disregard for its staff.

It seems there are instances of unfair treatment and wrongful termination, leaving hardworking employees without the respect and support they deserve. It’s clear that this company’s priorities are misaligned when it comes to valuing its team.

I hope that management will reflect on these practices and make the necessary changes to create a healthier, more respectful work environment moving forward. Until then, I’m left with serious reservations about supporting or recommending this place.
