The experience at this place was the WORST experience!! I am a Senior Manager of retail locations and I would be disgusted if any of my customers experienced this type of service.
I pulled up with only 2 cars ahead of me and still waited 20+ minutes as they proceeded to only let one car go to the window at a time.
The wait would’ve tolerable though if the food was even half decent!!
We spent $30+ dollars and what did we get? They forgot 2 taco supremes and a Beefy 5 layer burrito. Then the food that I did get was thrown together like a 5 year old made it. It was sloppy and messy and falling apart. The “crunchy” taco shells were so soggy that they would just fall apart and you couldn’t even eat them. The beefy 5 layers were falling out of the bottom of the burrito and had more cheese and sour cream than meat and beans… but the most egregious of all of it was the “Steak Grilled Cheese Burrito”.. This $8 burrito was SMALLER than a Beefy 5 Layer! They were the same length but there was barely anything inside of it!!! There was more tortilla than any other thing in the burrito. This cost double what a Beefy 5 Layer does but you actually get less! Unfortunately I know, from other Taco Bell’s, that this is not how it is supposed to be and is only specific to this location.
I then called in to hopefully get some customer service, a guy rudely answered the phone, then proceeded to tell me that he couldn’t hear me and to just come back if I had an issue. I told him I was already home and didn’t want to drive all the way back after working a 13 hour day and he said “Then I don’t know what you want me to do”.
It truly is unfortunate because this used to be the best Taco Bell in town and now is just disgusting with terrible customer service. My wife used to work at Taco Bell and I know how it should be made, the food is now VASTLY overpriced and not even close to the same quality but this location takes it to another level of poor quality.
Below is a picture of the Steak Grilled Cheese Burrito next to a Beefy 5 Layer, double the price, but you only get more tortilla.. The inside of the burrito with mostly tortilla, a few pieces of steak but the rest is just cheese and tortilla. Then finally, the “Crunchy”...
Read moreMessed up my entire freaking order . On my birthday no less. And had the gall to tell me their manager wasn’t available to talk to me and that they probably wouldn’t remake my order and if I did want to come in to wait an hour Because that’s when the manager wouldn’t be busy making the food, which is disgusting by the way. The employee I talked to on the phone was either new And shouldn’t have been answering the phone in the first place Or was just a direspectful punk. Zero customer service. I even tried to call Taco Bell‘s customer service number. The Automated recording told me they were open Monday through Friday to 7 PM. I called at 6:30pm. And then said that they were closed. If you think that’s not bad enough to top it off, I had missing food. My drink Was only half filled. And the burritos that I ordered extra sauce on were completely dry And the tortillas were hard Like they had been sitting out all day, uncovered. And I ordered sauce I got no sauce and this was a delivery by the way it wasn’t like I could just go get my food replaced or I shouldn’t have to. I Paid extra to have my food delivered. I don’t think they take that into account when they mess up your order. Another thing is, I did eventually find a way to Make my complaint And was only refunded $15 for an order that was $25.22 that was completely messed up. however you think it would end but no it gets worse. They didn’t even refund me to my card. They offered me $15 off my next order with no option to be refunded to my original form of payment. I was robbed to be completely honest… if I could put negative stars I would and I will be calling and reporting them to corporate in the morning. I’m going to also report them for their sanitation because the food wasn’t even edible. If you’re planning on eating at Taco Bell please go to a different one don’t waste your time or your money at this establishment. You most definitely be...
Read moreI ordered a breakfast crunchwrap with no meat, because I have been vegetarian for 2 years. As soon as I started eating it I felt uncomfortable about it, thinking there was meat in there but I told myself I was just psyching myself out and it was fine. Half way through I saw meat in the bite I was about to take. I called the store telling them I would be back for a refund, nobody i talked too was nice or understanding. I went in for my refund and the guy I talked to was extremely rude to me and was trying to get out of giving me my refund even though I already cleared it up before hand with the manager over the phone, I tried to be nice even though I was really upset, because I have worked in fast food for 2 years so I understand how it can be. But he was continually unnecessarily rude to me. It wasnt until I started being rude back that he finally gave me my refund and I left. I am really upset over this because I just dont understand what is so hard about getting an order right. I've worked fast food before so I understand many thing but I've never messed up an order. What if I was allergic ? What if in the future, someone goes in and orders something without a specific ingredient due to an allergy, and taco bell messes up, and the person doesnt realize until it's too late? This team needs to be retrained on how to properly make orders correctly, and they need to try harder in their customer service. Now I dont feel good, because when you go a long time without eating something then you eat some suddenly it makes you sick, arrest for me anyways. So...
