Brought my ring in to get resided… it took almost a month and Everytime I would call they would say hearing nothing is the best. I got my ring back so thin and you can see the banding from being sized. Yes it was sized bigger, but I’ve never had a problem with sizing in Klamath falls. The band is so thing and brittle. About a weak later a diamond had fallen out of it. This place is terrible with communication. We also purchased some other rings here and they were fine, don’t get your work done here. I took the ring back to Klamath and was told they have different people who work on the jewelry. They also agreed the ring looks in terrible condition from this location. Go...

Last year I had a diamond replaced on my wedding band. I RARELY wear the ring (it had only been 9 months) and I take it off at night when I do wear it. It was probably worn maybe 20 times after the initial repair. It was taken off to wash hands, shower, sleep, work outside, basically spent it's time in the ring box.

Well, the same diamond fell out 9 months after it had been replaced by Fred Meyer and they apparently only warranty their work for 3 months. Such a bummer. Wish they would have offered some sort of remedy but I guess it is what it is! Note to self, find a place that offers a longer warranty on...

When I purchased the piece of jewelry I was told that there was a 30-day money-back return policy... However when I tried to return it today... She tried to tell me I would have to wait 10 days for a check to come or take a gift card because they just didn't have that much cash in the store... I had to force her to call the manager and give me my money... If you sell jewelry and people are going to return it you need to expect to have to give them their cash back if that's what they paid for it with... poor planning on their part... Super...
