Our server was super awesome. We were tired, hot and hungry and also in a rush. The server communicated well and took our order and brought out food super quick and made a stressful drive down a lot less stressful. The tacos were delicious too. Patio area was great and we had our pup with us. Was nice that the patio area was clean and didn't have to worry about our pup eating ground trash. The most standout was our server though. I was in a bad mood when we arrived and a much better mood when we left.

We walked into the restaurant without many expectations, but we left really happy and satisfied! We had the Rogue Burger — grilled wagyu beef on a ciabatta roll — and it was delicious. The Caesar salad was great too. Big shoutout to the amazing service staff — attentive, friendly, and super pleasant. They even helped split the dishes into two portions for us to share, which was such a thoughtful touch. Kudos to the team for making it a great dining experience!

Friend and I had early dinner... Everything was perfect... Best garlic fries hands down ever. I had the hot honey chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries and a drink. Which btw was strong... The reason I chose this place was the review which said the food was great, drinks are strong, and the atmosphere was awesome. Check check check. Kinda jealous I didn't get the garlic fries.

Service was prompt and the food was out quickly. The food was okay, I asked for the burger medium well and imo it was cooked a little too well, no pink at all. The onion rings on the burger tasted kinda stale and old. The sweet potato fries were a good sized portion and they were delicious. I had them with the honey mustard.

The atmosphere is very similar to a Sharis or a Dennys, but the prices are a smidge more expensive. My (1 person) meal ran me 22$ + tip (5$ for the good service) so almost 30$. The main item ordered wasn't cooked as expected and really didn't taste as expected, a little too chewy/crunchy and not enough softness or melt in your mouth flavor you'd expect from a prime rib.

The sauce on the burger and the cheese was good, the burger itself was juicy, just not soft, it was a weird combination of rubberiness and juicyness but still somehow lacked a tender flavor, just a little overcooked for my taste. I'd probably eat here again if I could justify the prices, but it's more than likely I'll just eat somewhere else for the remainder of my stay at the hotel, with the exception of breakfast before work.

However with that having been said, I wouldn't go out of my way just to travel to this restaurant for a meal, it really is no better nor worse than a sharis, dennys, or black bear diner for that matter. Run of the mill, a tad overpriced, nothing noteworthy about the food, however the quick service was refreshing to say the least, and for that alone, I give...

They sample your food before they send it out. The place was all but empty when we walked in. The host handed us menus and said sit where you want. We sat at a window booth. The table seemed dirty on top. The waitress finally came over and asked what we wanted to eat. We asked for drinks. She never wrote it down. Then she asked if we knew what we wanted. We order cheese curds and loaded fries. Started to order the entrees and she started walking away before we could order both of them. She never wrote anything down and didn't ask if we wanted to add a salad or soup. As we were waiting we had a clear view of the heat window in the kitchen. The long unrestrained haired cook stood in front of the window and took food off the plate in the window and put it in his mouth then proceeded to go back to cooking. Continuing to watch as they put other plates in the window. The waitress got the two plates from the window and brought them to our table I told her I'd like that remade I saw the cook eat off that plate. My spouse said that was our food? I said yes. They said I'm done we're out. Went to the front and said we'd pay for the drink but we are leaving. The manager came over and we explained what happened and they said oh I'll have a talk with them. Don't eat here. It's dirty and unsanitary. Old, delapidated restaurant. Been in the food industry for 29 years and what that cook did is a firing offense. Shameful and...

In the past we would eat here everyday for lunch. 20 years ago it was great! About 5 years ago a new manager took over and ran it into the ground, all the staff left. It has since turned into a restaurant for the people that are staying at the motel. Over priced and not for the locals. They used to have a great Mother's Day brunch. So I went in last week and had a difficult time getting reservations. The two women helping me were complaining about how difficult the system was to take reservations in their paper ledger. And I had to wait for a bit while the chef came out to talk to the one gal that actually knew what was going on, because the computer that took room service orders, was not working right. It sounded like that is an everyday occurrence. After the chef cussed and complained about it he walked off. And I finally got my reservation. We showed up on time and we were seated in the wrong room than what I reserved but we rolled with it. The service was minimal and the buffet was seriously lacking compared to years past. For $40 each it was not any better than the Tin Tin buffet in the shopping center a mile away. I would say its glory days are years in the past and it's alive only because it's part of the motel. It's off the list even for the yearly Mother's day brunch. Definitely not for lunch...
