Great store, great experience, in Medford Oregon. I went in just to see if they had any camo pattern pants in stock, to replace a pair that took me years to wear out. None were in stock, but Alyssa checked online for me, while I continued to browse, and helped me order a pair of Mossy Oak Break-up patterned dungaree pants. She seemed to really care that I got what I was looking for, she wasn't pushy either, just plain helpful and friendly, I appreciate that. I was so pleased with Alyssa's customer service and attention I ended up purchasing and leaving with an extra pair of pants and a shirt in addition to the camo pants order. I opted for in store pick up and they came in fairly quickly despite receiving an email notifying me of shipping delays, I didn't have to wait long at all for the email notifying me that my order was ready for pick up. When I picked them up Alyssa followed up with me and made sure I was happy with my order, I was, I love these pants they look great and the fabric feels nice and comply. Great employee, friendly person with a chipper attitude, I will shop again. I would recommend a visit to this store. It's hard to see from the main road off Rossanley Drive, but well...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIt's sad to see Carhartt fall from work wear store to nothing more than a fashion store. The two largest industries in the Rogue Valley are medical and lumber. This Carhartt location doesn't sell scrubs, making it irrelevant to the medical industry. This Carhartt location only carries hooded clothing, nothing without hoods (except for t-shirts, which aren't work wear). You can't wear anything with a hood in a lumber mill, making this store irrelevant to the lumber industry. So if you are a Rogue Valley worker looking for work wear, avoid this store. If you are a teenager looking for the latest color beanie, this is the perfect store for you!
I had to special order the jacket I liked without a hood online. It lasted less than a month before this two inch hole showed up in the seam. So not only do they no longer stock work wear locally, if you order it off the internet it doesn't last. Time to find another...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent in on weekend after Thanksgiving and bought a jacket. Paid 149.99. At checkout, I was told I was one penny short of a free flask, and was asked if I wanted to buy something else to be eligible. I looked, but decided I didnāt want to spend another 30.00 to get a flask I was likely to never use. I returned to register, and advised cashier I would just take the jacket, but thought it was petty to hold the flask back for one penny. As I walked away, I heard her and the other cashiers laughing. I got in my car, got more irritated, and took the jacket back. Told the cashier that if they were that petty, give me a refund and I would purchase it online for same price. I got my money back, and they lost a cash paying customer for life. FOR ONE PENNY! How ignorant is that?? Not good business Carhart of Medford. Not...
