I’m not sure what to think about this place. Yes, the yogurt is very tasty with tasty toppings. When my husband and I walked in, it wasn’t busy. The cashier was very rude, just sitting there with a unprofessional attitude. My husband address that he had to use the restroom, she said the restroom is on the other side. She didn’t bother to tell him that I have to follow you to unlock the door. My husband proceeded to the restroom, the door was locked, my husband went back to the counter and says I didn’t know I need a key to get in. She says I had to follow you to unlock the door. Uh, Hello, then get up, follow me to the door to unlock the door? Instead, she sat there gossiping with another employee. I stayed at I had to use the restroom, she follow me to unlock the door. When I went into the restroom, this is what I came into. Look at the picture that I uploaded. This is very disgusting. Instead of the two girls sitting there gossiping, somebody should’ve clean up that restroom. This is no excuse. No, I will not be going back...

I usually bring my daughter here for a special treat, but I am not sure we will be back after our experience yesterday. We walked in and started to fill our cups, but then I noticed that almost all the topping lids on the plastic bins were covered in a sticky film. Going against my instinct to forgo the toppings we still went ahead and filled our cups as normal. Once we paid we sat down at a table that didn’t look like it has been wiped down all day. So I looked around for another table, but there was no point in moving since all the tables were far from clean. There were many available tables but the person working that day didn’t seem to think cleaning the tables was a priority. I noticed they kept disappearing into the back with their phone. I gave 3 stars because of our previous visits. It was more clean, my little loves the experience, and the outside seating option...

We arrived on Sunday at 755 pm only to be greated with we close in 5 minutes. The website said 9 Pm, which they said starts tomorrow, A bit rude but ok we go outside to eat at a table, I thank the young women for cleaning it, as it was filthy, only to be told we can’t sit there because they are closed and locking up the chairs. We can however sit on the cement wall. Mind you there are 5 of us age 5- 61. I said I just paid a lot of money and we got there before they closed so we should be able to sit at the table. I was told sorry we’re closed. As a former waitress, I find this unexceptable, it doesnt matter if a customer comes in 5 minutes before closing we would serve them and give them the same service as anyone else.
