Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Medford

I just want to take the time to RAVE... About this employee "AJ" Amazing guy he was so outgoing,kind, and so happy he mad my bad day good.. and not to mention the next day and just today he remembered my drink and name and this is what I call customer service .I'm a nurse who takes pride in interacting with people and the small details are to me so very important to me as it shows you care about the people you come into contact with and this to me. People don't realize what affect u can have on some who u spoke with a week ago and asking them about the important things they spoke about that day makes people feel special and cared about. So I will say I love going to Dutch Bros as all there employees are the Bomb but for the past 2 weeks my Favorite will have to be AJ.. he deserves to be recognized for being such a nice and kind person and he's a great employee he should be very proud Dutch Bros... Lots of love for my Dutch Brothers and sisters keep coming back I said the bomb place I won't go...

I've been coming here for years and what used to be a quick 10 min coffee stop has gotten slower and slower. I started giving myself 15 min and now 20 min but still running late to work. It should not take 20 min to get through a coffee drive through that doesn't even serve food. And once you're in line, you're hostage for however long it takes. The cars cutting in from the back also causes consistent confusion leaving it up to your customers to manage the line. Today I ordered ahead of the car cutting in from the back but that car cut in front and by the time I got to the counter, THEY WERE JUST STARTING MY DRINK. What is the point of taking car orders if you don't have them ready at the window. 20 MINUTES. Nice people though. We went to this stand 2 days ago and had a completely different experience. The dude working was less than helpful. He was rude and abrasive, unwilling to help make/identify a requested drink, told us to google it on our app!
