Minute Markets — Local services in Medford

About 2 weeks ago I went in to the Minute Market on Main Street and Tripp St to get some cigarettes. There is a young kid and a young girl working. I believe they were at shift change. I stood there for over a minute being ignored by these two tapping my debit card on the counter waiting to be helped. They were so busy having a little fashion show about the shoes they were wearing that they did not care to take care of their customer. I did not even get a "sir, we're doing shift change, one of us will be with you shortly". Yes, I got fed up I turned around and I left. It's a store did not want my money on that particular day, maybe one of those two juvenile delinquents should have said something. They showed a total disregard for their customer and poor customer service. Do not misunderstand what I am saying. Overall for the most part, I usually get great customer service when I go there. But, they are young and I am sure that they will learn proper customer service eventually...

The clerk here was awful. I took a picture of some snacks to a friend so that I could better get an opinion on what snack they wanted from here. The Clerk yelled at me to stop playing on my phone (which I wasn't). So when I finally get to the check stand I ask them if they talk to all their customers like that and they said "Yes if they're playing on their phone." I told them I wasn't and they told me that I was the one being rude when in all reality it was them that were being rude. 0/10, won't shop...

If you can go next door to Chris market the owner is alot cooler then the owner or mgr of this minute market. Separately on different occasions my girl and I both have had negative visit because of the old grumpy dude in the morning. The other employees in the afternoon are really nice though, that's especially nice to see when they have...
