Amazing Experience! Jamey greeted me and instantly made me feel comfortable. After a few minutes of getting to know each other, she guided me to a room with a chair, table, shower and float spa. She provided verbal information and instructions on prepping for the float and in case I missed something, there is a reminder page with things to do before getting in the float spa on the table. There are also hooks provided on the wall next to the chair and shower for a bag, clothes or towel. The shower has a shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispenser on the wall and a shower chair is available for those who need to sit during the shower. Ear plugs are provided. The whole experience was delightful and I look forward to another float!...

He said the experience was really neat, and his skin was definitely softer when he came home. Some pimples on his back dried up. He did not notice a change in his muscle soreness, though. If you have any cuts on your body it will sting. They do offer a petroleum jelly to put on cuts so that the salt doesn't get into it. You are lead to a room and have the room completely to yourself. So you can have the lights on or off, the door to the float open or closed etc. He got a 1 hr in there and his fingers and toes did not get wrinkly, if that matters to anyone lol....

The float is difficult to describe and I assume everyone has different experiences with it, but think of it as turning your brain off and disconnecting from all the static for an hour. Overall, a top notch experience.
Update: My wife and I both booked a float after running a marathon and cannot recommend it enough. It significantly reduced soreness and made recovery...
