In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in Medford

The service was great, super friendly people working as fast as they can. Drive through line was atrocious. Super long people driving recklessly to try and cut you off to get into it first. The food. Their burgers are fairly good, good flavor topping nice and fresh, bun not soggy and soft. Their fries, almost taste like a chunk of potato chip that's floppy, feels half fried with not enough seasoning to make the absolute dissapointment in lack of satisfiable texture bearable. Overall not horrible burgers, worth the price. Everything else? Not worth the price. Best to spend your money somewhere that can at least give you seasoned and favorable fries. Not sure if they're soda machine was low on syrup, but we ordered a dr pepper that was basically brown fizzy water. Traded it for another drink that had minimally more flavor. If you're wanting Roadkill fries at this location? Don't bother. They just give you animal style fried without the burger patties like you order. My personal recommendation? If you only want a burger and don't mind the wait, absolutely stop by and snag a single burger for $4. If you want a meal, burger soda and fries, choose killer burger across the street. I went Inside with my two very young children! The food was excellent and the kids loved everything! My toddler spilled his soda all over the table and onto the floor !Before I could get up and over to the otherside to try and get it cleaned up ! A very pleasant man came from around the front counter and cleaned it all up in a matter of seconds! He was so nice and had a wonderful sense of humor ! I was terribly embarrassed and he mentioned he has a young son at home and that it happens on a regular basis! He also offered to replace the soda and cleaned up all the empty food containers and took our trays ! It's absolutely wonderful to have such pleasant employees who actually care enough to step away from what looks like a very busy job. I will definitely let my friends and family know what a great place it is ! The employee who came so quickly to help me not only cleaned up a terrible mess he helped me feel better about the Situation with wit and humor! One of my favorite burgers and this location is excellent. There are often longer lines due to the fact that it's off the freeway but they handle things well and even when it's 20 cars deep in the drive through they seem to handle things efficiently. Staff has always been helpful and friendly and always get my order right. A small side note but it always makes me smile ho nice they are to my dog. They always offer water to her and I really appreciate them going the extra mile.

I have to give a shout out to an employee who graciously handled a person walking in with no mask that wanted to start a fight. The In and Out employee gently told them that they needed to wear a mask and when the lady started to go off the employee listened quietly, was emphatic about the law being followed and told the customer they’d be happy to bring it out to their car when it was ready, but that they couldn’t wait indoors without a mask. Props to that employee because right now people are going crazy but this person didn’t escalate the situation and still provided good...
