NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE!! I would not recommend this function space for special private events. The space is nice and has potential, but Tracey, who runs the office/bookings is NOT friendly. She doesn't care to help interested customers feel comfortable with the space before the event by allowing sufficient prior planning time. She gets bothered answering questions about the space for event planning purposes. She's definitely not interested in helping you feel welcomed. You must work around her personal schedule to plan your event. Overall, management is not willing to work with you and lacks professionalism when interacting with customers and/or future customers. We got the big hall for our baby shower and it was amazing! The space accommodated both our big families. My husband and I got so many compliments about the venue and some even inquired to book it for their future events the same night! The space is clean and remodeled so it’s up to date and modern, truly a gorgeous place with so much potential for any visions for any events! The dance floor is huge so people can dance comfortably!
