This is the worst fast food experience I’ve had in my life. I use to work at DQ for two years so I generally understand how the fast food environment works. I ordered two milkshakes and a large motzerella stick through the drive thru. When I pulled up to the speaker I was not greeted in a friendly way at all and was just asked “What do you want”. After my order I got my food and pulled into a parking spot, I found out that my mozzarella sticks were not cooked all the way through and were still solid and cold to the touch in the center. This was no big deal, whatever I just went back to the speaker and explained what was wrong. The same man told me to pull back around where he was waiting at the window with a thermometer. He measured the temperature of my food while constantly smirking looking down at the thermometer to he. back at me. He never told me the temperature but with the back and forward looks basically he was calling me a liar. He never apologized but did make me new ones. He gave me the new bag which was fine, then just closed the window in my face, so I never had the chance to ask for a manger. 30 min later I got home and went to call the store to complain I was on the line for 5 min and no one picked up. This was at 8pm and the place closed at 11pm. Generally just this one employee made my experience so bad even though they throughout the whole experience I never even got an...
Read moreOn our way home, we exited I 71 at SR 18 and selected Arby's from the sea of fast food there. My wife dodged the pothole that was right at the entrance but nailed the monster that we had to cross in order to park. With low profile tires and expensive wheels on my collector car, I wasn't happy. I then exited the car, heading to the entrance with some trash in hand. The garbage can was overflowing. I stuffed my little bag in there and we left the place, heading across the street to Wendy's. On the way, we circled around the building, only to see another pothole in the wheel tracks of the drive through. Perhaps they cater to the monster truck crowd.
If the financial condition of this Arby's is so bad that they can't even patch potholes or empty trash cans, let me say that it's prospects will not be improving. Our experience makes me wonder how committed they are to cleanliness.
You may want to avoid this place. The experience makes me wonder if we will visit any Arby's in the future, since their corporate quality control people apparently are not on top of their...
Read moreRude female order taker. No Happy greeting at all. Tells me whats your order, what side, want do you want to drink. The person serving the food in the carry out window. Had a Blank face. No smile, no words, Handed the bags nicely. You could of at least faked a smile. You think you would if your in the food industry and dealing with customers you would have a personality. Checked food and didnt have the Auju sauce or Arbys fries we requested. We had to turn around and go back. Tried walking in the door and it was locked at 6pm. Sign said dining room open till 2pm. Had to go back drive thru to tell them missing items they forgot. So we went home, my kid pours the fries on his dinner plate and finds a sweater lint on his fries then looking further white specs on the curly fries. We went to another Arbys to redo the whole meal incase of disgruntle workers. Seriously will not have my...
