Dunkin' — Restaurant in Medina Township

This review is for the Dunkin Donuts off the 71 north exit in Medina. My husband and I stopped in here on our way home from visiting my hometown to use the restroom and get an iced latte. The men's room was out of order and I feel as though they should have put an out-of-order sign on the ladies room as well. The bathroom was disgusting. There was urine all over the toilet seat and on the floor. I was going to tell them when I got up to the counter but I had to wait for them to notice me and forgot. I also hate how Dunkin Donuts takes orders by asking the customers, "what can I get you?" Is this a place of business or is this my grandma asking me what do I want to eat at her house? It just don't feel as though that is professional but I place my order anyways. The crew member seemed surprised that I was paying in cash because he had not removed his gloves and attempted to do so but then decided to keep them on. I handed him my dollars and I stretched out my hand for my change and my receipt only to have him place it on the counter in front of me. That's another thing I find very rude. As I went to grab my change, I dropped one of the coins on the floor and that's when I realized just how dirty the lobby was. At that point, I picked up my coins and put them in my pocket which is unlike me because I would normally give it as a tip but they didn't seem to warrant one during this visit. Once I returned to my car, I told my husband that we will never stop at this location again no matter how bad I have to go to the bathroom or how thirsty he is for an iced coffee drink. I would give zero stars if I could! First of all, if your staff is going to consist of four 16 year olds with piss poor attitudes, you should hire some new employees that dont hate their life. I approach the window in an excellent mood only to be greeted by someone named regan (name on receipt) "what can I get you". After every item is a "is that all", I will tell you when that's it instead of having to take an extra 45 seconds to say no that's not all and then continue with my order. I got a plain toasted bagel with half strawberry and half regular cream cheese. There is one knife smear of regular cream cheese smashed between both sides. My coffee is also not mixed at all which is annoying but I had them stir it. I brought the bagel inside and the young boy working (Davidson or something?) Said "well what's wrong with that" I showed him the receipt where I said I wanted half and half. He offered to give me a packet of cream cheese and when I told him no he got angry because he had to remake a plain bagel that I paid for to have 2 different spreads. I told him he can just put them on the side since it was too complicated to put them on the bagels. Literally the worst customer service ever. Its dunkin donuts it's not rocket...

I ordered a $5 iced coffee. I forgot to ask for almond milk so when I got to the drive thru window, I apologetically let them know that I forgot. I said I would pay for a new one, no problem. The lady who was making it walked back over to it, grabbed it and slammed it into the trash. Looked at me with this awful look and then made a new one while she slammed everything. I said over and over again how sorry I was that I forgot to say that I needed almond milk. I don’t think I’ve ever apologized so much in a 3 minute period to someone. I was trying to be so nice. She acted like I was the biggest inconvenience of her day. YOUR EMPLOYEES GET PAID!! She’s not doing it for free. So I ended up feeling super guilty, my mood was ruined and I was irritated. Went to take a drink and it tasted like vanilla flavored sewer water. So I threw it out. Complete waste of time, money and energy. PSA TO EVERYONE READING: Just spend the extra dollar or two and go...
