Wendy's — Restaurant in Medina Township

When I arrived at 7:20pm on 8/14pm inside was closed. Drive through line were 8 cars in line waiting to order. They only took one vehicle's order and would not take another order until the previous food order was handed out the window. When I finally arrived at the window at 7:52 pm there was a small paper sign on the speaker box stating closing at 8 pm due to maintenence. I was greeted with "we are closing in 8 minutes due to maintenance. Can I take your order." I placed my order of 2 single sandwiches and asked if they had any baked potatoes and was told no because they were closing so the sandwiches were the only items in my order. I noticed as I was moving away from the speaker the menu board lights were turned off as soon as I had completed my order the heard a voice from an employee that came out of the building was yelling to the line of cars behind me "we are closed. No more cars". As I arrived at the window there were 4 employees standing around. No one came opened the window to take my money but handed out my food order. I had the money in my hand and was greeted with " oh, no one took your money yet?". It appeared that they had already removed the cash from the register because it took a bit to get my change and was not given a receipt (Thank GOD I didn't use my debit or credit card). As a former Wendy's employees and managers (not in this location or state) I was shocked at the attitude these employees showed. From other reviews this is a regular occurrence. This Wendy's in Bellville OH is the best in the area. We stopped and weren't in the best mood when we got there and the person Manning the drive-thru taking orders was absolutely amazing put us in a better mood and we were laughing as we left the drive-thru and due to his friendliness and humor. There is nothing like going through a drive-thru and having a worker love his job so much that he makes his customers smile and laugh! I do not know this person's name but I would like to say that his personality is saaaweeeet, in absolutely his words! Line for drive thru was long, so I decided to go in. 3 people in front of me.no big deal. Waited 15 minutes with no line movement.what? Finally got up there. All I wanted was a chocolate frosty.
