This store unapologetically and routinely makes doordashers wait 20+ minutes for orders, constantly forgets items, etc.

The female manager on duty July 1st, 2025 at 11AM has repeatedly mocked me, has laughed at me entering and exiting the store with her cast of high school coworkers on July 1st 2025, and genuinely makes it a very uncomfortable environment.

My order will be in the system for 13 to 15 minutes. I will watch somebody walk into the store and she will assist them prior to finishing my order. I asked them if I could please hold some sort of place in line so that I can get my order in a timely fashion and that is the reason why they now make me feel uncomfortable when I walk in the store and make comments to and about me.

Delivery orders should be prioritized the same and appreciated the same as a walk in order. If they aren't, then stop doing them, stop taking advantage of the drivers that help fill...

I walked in here with my sons and step-daughter, who had to use the bathroom. Not only were the bathrooms clean and stocked, so was the rest of establishment where he kids had multiple drink and chips options. When ordering our food, the general manager took the time to explain to my kids the different types of bread (which they're picky on), which made our experience even better. I appreciated the patience with the other worker, who took the time to listen to my kids tell her they wanted something on their sandwiches, then suddenly changing their mind. Check out was smooth, quick and painless. They made sure to put our sandwiches in properly labeled bags, so when going home we didn't have to dig through each sandwich to find out who was whose. This was the first time trying this location and they were a hot mess. The guy adding toppings couldn't hear and put stuff on the sandwich we didn't ask for. The one sandwich they made they never asked my wife what toppings she wanted. We had a $1 off coupon for that particular location that didn't work. The cashier asked if we paid which was odd as he was standing there the whole time. The cashier tried to scan coupon I counted 15 times holding up the line. It was like nobody cared to help him out. They didn't work as a team but as individuals when making sandwiches. There were more issues I could share but why. I won't be returning and sad we even wasted our time going.
