So I placed an order because there didn't want to have to go out and get any food they said it would be an hour wait which was fine the driver got here hour and 17 minutes handed me a medium BBQ chicken pizza and a chef salad the meal was $30 I gave him a $10 tip came in with my food open the pizza box take a bite of the pizza after looking and seeing it was burnt so it was not only burnt it taste it burnt and the cross was hard as a rock I called the store to replace the pizza and they told me well the wait time is over an hour up to two hours so that would have been a total of over 3 hours to get a good pizza I guess I said well I don't want to wait another hour or more so how long will it take to get another one ready she told me 20 minutes went up there ended up having to go out and picking up a different Pizza I talked to one employee she was like your pizza be ready in like 2 minutes said okay another employee said are you the one that brought the pizza back and I said yes and he did not say sorry nothing just turned around and walked away the one that told me my pizza would be ready in 2 minutes I asked her how would somebody put that in a box just send it out for somebody to eat she said she didn't know she said I am sorry can I give you a $5 credit and I told her don't worry about giving me a credit because I won't be back here to eat again especially when I ordered for delivery and then ended up having to drive to the store to get a pizza that was decent enough to eat still there far I spent $40 and ended up having to go get the food myself if I would have thought about it since I had to go out I should have just took the salad with me too gave them the salad and the pizza and got my $40 back and went somewhere else so that's my story of Imo's on Lindbergh...
Read moreI ordered a med. 2 topping pizza online for my lunch. The order was placed at 12:01 pm today 11/4/19. The email confirmation said that the order would be ready at 12:41 pm. At 12:50 I still did not have my order so I called and was told that the delivery guy had my order and it was on it's way. He finally arrived at 1:05 pm. I went directly to eat and the pizza was ice cold. Now I only have one hour for lunch and am also an insulin dependent diabetic so I have to eat. I called the store explained my situation and all they would do was either make a new pizza and exchange it or give me $5.00 off my next order. By that time there was only 15 -20 minutes left to my lunch hour and I did not have the time to wait for another pizza. I wanted a refund of my money and they could have the cold pizza back. Nope that was not happening. So in order to get my money refunded I had to leave work, drive like a bat out of hell to get to the store to get my refund. After leaving the store and drive back to my job my lunch hour was over. Why couldn't the delivery guy be sent back to pick up their cold pizza and then refund me my money? Where was the customer service??? Let alone the customer satisfaction. I will never order or go there again!!! Read moreI've been eating here since they first opened. During 2020 I purposely ordered and got take-out from them every week trying to help them in a small way during the pandemic. I guess the pandemic is over for them because now they really don't care whether you get food from them or not. During my last visit I arrived at 4:02 pm, two minutes late, and was told lunch specials were over... yet for months I have sat waiting for food while they took lunch special orders up to at least 4:30 pm.
The lady behind me needed 6 lunch specials and the guy told her NO also, so she just walked out. I guess the new policy is saying NO is more important than making sales.
I ended up still getting a salad, but when I got home I found they didn't give me any dressing.
My visit prior I asked for a bag as they had packaged my order up in all sorts of individual bags and I could not carry it without dropping something. I was told unequivocally they do not give out bags--yet they had been giving me bags all last year. I insisted, so she stormed off came back five minutes later and slammed a small, useless bag on top of the glass and walked off.
I don't know what happened to this location, there are still a few nice employees there, but otherwise it's really gone...
