7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Melbourne

Here we go again... ANOTHER first-time visits (this is becoming a thing, lol). Ummm, Yeah! That darn iced Cinnamon Roll is serious!!! Never thought of drinking a Cinnamon Roll but in this liquified treat... it's Fantastic! Dunkins & Starbucks should be scared... very scared!

With 7Brew having approx. 28-30 flavors... that's right, close to 30 FLAVORS you can make up your own or try one of their DELICIOUS 'standards'! The possible combos are endless!

Unlike Dunkin, which seems to like that 'seasonal' flavor crap, I get some seasonal flavors like 'Pumpkin', but others could be 'regulars' giving us more choices rather than the approx. 4 or 5 boring flavors they have as a constant. Besides, it sucks to find a flavor you like, all to have it snatched away after a few weeks, because it's 'Seasonal'.

I kinda like the drive thru 'In your face' way they take orders and fill them! The young ladies working the night I went were great! They were full of energy, one more than the others (maybe sipping on the coffee, some or one of those Energy drinks?), lol, and she was awesome!

One of the young ladies asked me to take a taste of my iced coffee to see if l liked it & I told her, not yet & that they'd know if l liked it by seeing if I returned! Well, I've already been back (the next day, lol) and it would have been a third but they were closed or closed early on New Years Eve and right now, they've taken the number 2 spot on my coffee list, sorry Starbucks and possibly will be bumped to number 1, if Dunkin keeps up with the inconsistency in making their drinks!

Oh, and 7B has other beverages, including SHAKES! Now, imagine the flavor combos you can come up with in designing your own...

We've been into 7brew twice now and both times service has been fast (despite long lines) and incredibly friendly. I'd put these guys up there with Chick fil A with how fast and friendly the employees are. The atmosphere is super fun, high energy music and modern. Prices are very reasonable if you are used to paying big name chain coffee house prices. Serving sizes are huge, a medium is more like a Venti. The menu is basically unlimited and they can accommodate a ton of diet preferences, including sugar free and dairy free. Actually, the menu is so big that I asked an employee for help because I was overwhelmed with choices, thankfully the car hop was very knowledgeable and friendly and gladly helped me make my selections. Before swinging in here study their menu online so that you could have an idea of what you might like to order, or feel free to ask one of the car hops. I feel like this is a great addition to the area, And I can't wait for the one in Palm Bay to open up!

If you're looking for our recommendations, my son really loved the watermelon fizz, And I really enjoyed the white chocolate mocha...

The Manager Crystal was absolutely unprofessional. Not welcoming at all . I have been in the service industry for 10 years and I understand that not everyday is a good day but the customer service was horrific from her. We wanted to look at the menu to change up what we normally get and we normally don’t do that so we just needed a little extra time. The first girl approached us told us to take our time and then not even a minute later Crystal walks up with a huge attitude and tells us we have to move up and then if we needed more time we could look at the iPad , mind you we had only been looking at the menu for like 2 mins. We pull up and order our drinks like a min later. So we are waiting for them at this point and she purposely walks up to the other girl employee who was taking care of us and asked if we were finally done yet .. mind you we can hear her and we are pissed at this point . We have never received customer service like this EVER and it’s really disappointing. If you can’t handle being a manager .. then you should have someone else who can...
