Wawa — Restaurant in Melbourne

So I'm trying not to be upset when I leave this review but the bottom line is the service has gone to hell. The new manager looks down on people depending on what they're wearing he assumes that they're all homeless. I went inside the store, and I asked the lady how much a couple cups of ice I was planning on getting more than one cup because I had purchased more than one drink and she said ice was free. I got my ice and then the manager came up to me and said that I needed to not take anymore and was very rude to me in front of multiple customers. I would have bought the ice if they would have told me I had to pay for it but it said he embarrassed me to the point where I don't ever want to go into the store again. Being the fair person that I am I went into the store today to get my cream cheese pretzels they have a pretzel that has sweet cream cheese in it and it's delicious I buy two every day for 6 bucks. Guess what the bagels were supposed to be thrown out and they were not I bought it and thought to myself maybe the manager should pay more attention to food times instead of harassing people. The funny part is last week I was talking to a couple people and they said one of the reasons why they go to Wawa is because they give out the free ice even though their prices are higher they still have better customer service I don't think the manager is paying attention to the right things or maybe he was just...

Lady in the juice section today around 8:30pm kept making my order wrong. The first time I said “ma’am I ordered the mango refresher and it’s usually yellow” the drink was pink and I was confused. Then she got frustrated and said that’s how it’s made ( I go there maybe twice a week and get the same thing) and I said no this is all passion fruit no mango. My friend works at Wawa and she also told me it’s not supposed to be pink at all. She said her coworkers name and said “this lady needs help, help this lady she doesn’t know her order” and I’m over here baffled because she was so rude and was very passive aggressive when I was just trying to figure out why it’s not the same as what I usually order. I went back in to order another one to make sure I wasn’t crazy and it still came out the same!! I asked the cashier for a refund she was so nice and even apologize and said the lady was training which I understand but there’s no need to be rude and make me feel like I’m crazy lol. My brother ended up drinking both since my fiancée can’t have too much due to him...

The most unsecured place I've ever been in Melbourne. We had just finished fishing at the pier with both of my son and my husband. It was around 3:00 a.m., and this Wawa was full of young people outside the store drinking, smoking, and even twerking at the gas pumps with very loud music. Inside the store, it was also packed from people just talking, sitting on top of the Dippin Dots ice cream freezer, floors, etc. The ladies' bathroom was chaos. After waiting with another lady in there for one of the two of the toilets to be available, an almost naked drugged or drunk girl (smelling like Marijuana, just like the outside environment) went into the bathroom and barely able to open her eyes continued to pass by us an without saying a single word pushed us aside and got in to the toilet that became available. There were cars parked everywhere, with music and a lot of smoke in a gas station! 😱 We left without...
