SCAM ALERT, just like Wilder Smith review. Watch out for them adding a tip to your bill without your knowledge. I was charged $19.44 for the food I ordered, and then realized it was supposed to be $17.44 total. The employee would not tell me the price of a bottle drink, but just said it was more than a fountain drink with the combo. I paid and then I saw him redo the purchase on the computer where I saw on the screen the price of the bottle drink and what looked like a total of $17 or so. I added the price of the food, bottle drink, and tax after I left and realized the total was $2 less. I know $2 isn’t much, but taking tips from people without consent is stealing. I called the store afterwards, but the store manager was not there and I spoke with the employee who ripped me off. (Shia I believe) He said he was trained a wrong way to ring things up and he would put the $2 back on my card within 48 hours. That was Saturday and now it’s Wednesday with no refund. I've ordered Dilla twice now via DoorDash (because, as my son would say, beans aren't my cup of tea.) I ate every last bite!

The steak n shrimp Dilla is scrumptious. I love the chipolte crema sauce if you like a little kick as opposed to the salsa and sour cream. Your JALAPENO POPPERS (w/ranch sauce) are the best! Maybe even favorite-food best. Your egg rolls are yummy, fry cook is on point. Today 2/11/25, I'd say "go a bit easier on the Dilla oil." We dont want to give the cholesterol conscious a reason to say no thank you. (2/7/25 Dilla was perfection. When it flakes just a tad, you've nailed it)

Dad would never try your eatery, Mom says he doesnt eat beans or Mexican. Wish I could order a wrap, no beans need to attend. I went to this location and was overcharged $21 for what should have been a $9 veggie burrito. According to their own menu (and phone confirmation), extra toppings for veggie burritos are free and tortillas are $1 — but staff tried to charge me as if I ordered two meat burritos.

When I questioned it, the manager said he could charge based on how the burrito “looked,” which is not how pricing works. On top of that, they refused to refund me unless I returned the food that had already left the counter — which is a clear food safety violation under health codes.

The staff were unprofessional, dismissive, and acted like they were doing me a favor for correcting their mistake. The environment felt sketchy, with no accountability or professionalism from management down to staff.

I got my money back only because I refused to back down, but I will never return. Customers deserve honesty, safety, and respect — none of which...
