I came through the drive-thru and tried to order two of the two-piece fish dinners with fries and slaw clearly advertised for $5.99 When I got to the window to pay I gave her my card and got my card and receipt back and was charged $11 and received one two-piece fish meal with fries and slaw. I kept sitting there and I spoke to the lady and was patient thinking it's just a misunderstanding. She took my card and the manager came back and then gave me a voided receipt and told me it was on her. No charge. Give me the original two piece meal back. I kept sitting there waiting for my second two-piece meal. After a few minutes the lady taking orders came back and I explained to her I was still waiting for the other meal. She asked for my card went back in the window and then proceeded to charge me for two two-piece fish dinners for a total of over $20 At this point I left with my receipt. Read moreThis two star is because the absolute rudeness of the manager on 11/2/2020 @ 945 pm. The young lady who took order was courteous, but it was the manager who delivered order to the window. She half open the window and asked what type sauce, we said tarter than quickly said, no mix it up. She gave us tartar only. We stated, "you may not have heard because you were closing window and her words were "Hell, its cold!" and have us the other sauces, dropping half the packs on the ground. She made no attempt to be polite in the handoff. This is no way to treat customers, especially when there was at no time any rudeness directed at her!. Her employees even stopped and looked, shocked at her tone and demeanor towards a customer, who simply asked for sauce! This type of behavior toward customers is very unacceptable!! Read moreTicket 571. Date: 10.19.2018 My order was taken at 9:25pm (waited 10 minutes in line before my order was taken.) As of 10:01pm, my order was not ready and I asked for a refund. The manager was lazy and didnt start helping prepare or cook food until close to 10:00. All the cashiers kept leaving from behind the counter periodically to talk to someone OUTSIDE the building. I think they were giving food away to their friends in the lobby and outside the building. However, as a paying customer, I waited over 45 minutes for NOTHING! When I asked the cashier originally for a refund, she told me she couldnt do it because the time frame has been exceeded to which she could do a refund. The lazy manager finally came over and gave us a refund. The only person worth mentioning that was working was the male cook. The 2 ladies at the register and their manager deserve to be fired. I have never been so offended in my entire life. DONT EVER EAT...
