Captain JJ's Fish & Chicken — Restaurant in Memphis

The service at this place was horrible. If I could give it a zero I would! We ordered 75 piece for a party and was given one price on the phone. When we got to the store it was a different price. "No Big Deal" however, when I asked why it was different, no explanation was given. Instead, the young lady kept repeating the price which was rang up like we could not read! I told her we could see the price but just wanted to know why it was different. She then said " YOU CAN LEAVE IF YOU DON'T WANT IT" What!! Just because I asked a question? I calmly told her it was not a problem to pay it I just asked why it price was different! She was so unprofessional and rude that my daughter asked for the manager, she said, "I AM THE MANAGER". Oh my God, I couldn't believe it.. I walked outside the store in disbelief. Came back in and asked for a refund since I had not received my order yet! We went to another location and the service was great and professional. The food was delicious and we didn't have to give a 3 hour advance order for a 75 piece. I will NEVER!! patronize this location again. Definitely need better...

I hadn’t gone to Captain JJ’s (Elvis Presley location) in a long time so I decided to go tonight to get wings. I paid $30.82 for a 20 piece whole wings with Fries. It also came with a soda but I forgot to get it. I tried a couple of the wings and they were dark on the inside so I couldn’t eat them. Then I smelled one of them and they smelled bad. I called the store to tell them the wings were bad and he asked if I had the ticket. While I was looking for the ticket he hung up. I tried calling back and the phone was going straight to voicemail so I decided to go to the store. After telling him about the wings, he asked me why didn’t I bring all of them back. I explained we tried a few so bringing them back was not an option. I will never go there again and would never recommend this place to anyone. They never apologized or anything. hey how you doing I like Jr's fish and Chicken especially their spaghetti and their fish they have a combination where you can get three types of things I got the catfish I got some chicken tenders and I got some shrimp and then on my sides that give you a choice of fries coleslaw and spaghetti and stuff like that potato salad so I got the fries in the spaghetti and then I ordered some coleslaw on the side because I like my fish with spaghetti and coleslaw so I put hot sauce and tartar sauce on my fish and it was lovely if you ever have a chance come there in the Memphis Tennessee try Jr's fish and Chicken they have family meals and everything they have good drinks it good people good service I ate there once a week to give me some fish it's a good place it reminds me of California that's where I'm from have...
