Poor poor poor customer service... when I did work in Fast Food Service I always thought you were supposed to take care of the customers in the store first meaning my pizza had already been done for "five" minutes prior to me getting to the store. When I walk through the doors no one moved an inch. Then as I'm standing there waiting roughly another five minutes someone comes into the store, another drives up to the drive-thru window, and someone called.
NOW all of a sudden customers matter due to potential back-up, and these busy workers who were so busy are suddenly available; but yet I'm still standing there. So now one girl is handling the customer in the drive-thru and taking an order on the phone. Then a guy steps away from making pizzas cuz he sees my expression. I gv him mt name then swiped. He then steps over and rings up the guy that just walked in.
Now Im irritated because he should have taken care of me first. He yells the other customers name and that he is here then a girl comes up looks through the stack grabs two pizza boxes and gives them to the customer next to me. By that time two more people have come in.
He takes the next order then realized Im still there looking even crazier. He turns around grabs my pizza stetched armstronged it to me with no thks or questions of my further needs, and then gets back to the customers that came in after me. GOD forbid they have to wait as long as I did, smh.
I felt that they were very unconcerned with their customer service. Worst part, if at all it was my fault that my pizza was cold and cheese completely set... thier poor understanding of the first come first served concept... in that order made it worst.
I ate the toughest dryest pizza Ive had since... frozen Tombstones in the 90s. Smh too many young people in these places without any concern that I pay my hard earned money to trust that they will feed my family and make it worth me saving the time and energy. Because I am definitely not saving any money.
Thankfully google cares so when I saw in my phone they offered a review I would be more than happy to contribute my experience as well...
Read moreOn Nov 5th their online ordering system glitched. I attempted to submit the order and gave an error message. I attempted to submit the order again and it gave the same error message. I proceeded to order through safari in attempt to submit the order a 3rd time. By the time, I was about to submit it for a 3rd attempt. 2 transactions appeared on my bank account. I proceeded to inform my husband to go to the restaurant/store because the transaction was pending. He arrived at the restaurant/store and was advised their system glitched out and couldn’t locate either other. I was advised to check my dominoes app and email for any type of confirmation, neither was there. My husband was informed by the lady that it should fall off and not post to my bank account. Well a few days later it did. I attempted to reach the store and didn’t make contact with anyone. I submitted customer service twice through dominoes online and haven’t heard back. At that point, I submitted a claim with my bank and later discovered there wasn’t enough information to back up the claim. I went to the restaurant/store on 11/13 and was advised by the gentleman there was nothing they could do and submit a claim with my bank. I advised of the current status of the claim and he then tells me contact 1-800-DOMINOES. Well I called and retrieve automated message to reach out to the local to store for customer service issues. I then resubmitted the claim with my bank again and here we are today 11/19 stating they were unable to dispute my claim. I reached out to the store explaining the situation. The guy on the phone advise the manager wasn’t in and nothing he could do. I asked when the manager would be in and he informed me he didn’t know when. He told me to have a good day and hung up the phone. I called the 1-800-dominoes number again and was able to get claim and email this time around. I need some solutions to this. Read moreI have ordered from the Domino's location on Winchester & Germantown Rd for over 15 years & I have never experienced such a horrific time until today. I placed an order via cell phone @ 6:37 pm on 7/16/21 & was informed that my delivery would take place in 2 hrs. I was cool with that because I was ordering for my Mom & her caretaker . I proceeded to go to work since I knew they were covered for dinner. The caretaker called me at work at 10pm to state that the pizza never arrived. She called the store and was told various stories about the order while being placed on eternal hold. One employee said that the delivery driver had not come back yet to deliver order, that the order had been cancelled by the previous shift, & it was out for delivery. I checked out my debit card & saw that I had been charged 3 times for order. I ordered 1 large pizza with coupon for $15.00 & I always tip extremely well so order would have been 28.00. I called store trying to talk to manager to resolve & was told that 3 managers were on duty but were busy & couldn't talk to me. Oh & I talked to Tommy the clerk would should never ever answer any phone calls ever in life. Tommy told me he didn't see an order for my address & that they don't deliver to my zip code of 38125. All lies. I work for UPS so I clocked out went to location to see who was causing all this trouble. Tommy answered door & stated that he couldn't take charges off my card & that I have to call corporate office on Monday. Keep in mind people this is $80 worth of charges & no pizza. I have Bk of America so I immediately disputed all 3 transactions. I was so furious yet very composed.
