Brunch Review: Env "Eat-n-Vibe"
From the moment we stepped into Env "Eat-n-Vibe," it was clear this was no ordinary brunch spot. The decor is a perfect fusion of modern sophistication and groovy vibes. Picture a space that screams boujee yet classy, with an electrifying atmosphere that sets the tone the moment you walk through the door. You can seat yourself and immediately immerse in an ambiance brought to life by a mix of R&B and trap music—absolutely unmatched energy!
Now, let’s dive into the star of the show: the cuisine. We started with the Southern Fried Chicken Biscuit Belgian Waffle, and it was a masterpiece on a plate. The waffle was golden and fluffy with just the right amount of crisp edges, while the fried chicken was seasoned to perfection—crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. Together, they created a sweet and savory symphony that melted in your mouth with every bite.
Next up, the Grilled Salmon over Creamy Smoked Gouda Grits was a game-changer. The salmon was grilled to perfection, flaky with a slightly crisp sear that locked in its flavor. Paired with the creamy, dreamy smoked Gouda grits, every bite was indulgent and satisfying. The subtle smokiness of the Gouda added an elevated touch that took the dish to the next level. Five stars doesn’t even begin to do these dishes justice.
To top it all off, the owners themselves are a class act. Their warmth and hospitality radiate throughout the restaurant, making you feel like a valued guest in their home. They were welcoming, friendly, and genuinely cared about our experience.
Env "Eat-n-Vibe" isn’t just a brunch—it’s an experience. If you’re looking for incredible food, impeccable vibes, and a place that makes you feel like royalty, this is the spot. It’s safe to say we’ll be back, and this will undoubtedly be a go-to for...
Read moreMaybe we came on an off night or the server didn't care but it was definitely not a vibe. We had a booth for a birthday party and one person ordered a lemon drop flight. I tried to order food when everyone was ordering appetizers but the server didn't allow me to??? Weird but okay. We all received our drinks (I was on #2) and the person who ordered the flight still had not recieved their drink. The server kept saying it was being made but then disappeared for about 30-40 mins. We saw another table, who came in almost 45 mins after us, receive a flight. The birthday girl ordered a margarita and it was salty so the server told her it could be remade on the house. Again she (Amira?) disappeared. When we finally got to-go boxes (after asking twice) and asked for our checks (after asking 3 times), the birthday girl was charged for the salty drink she didn't drink. The remake still hadn't come at this point, the flight still hadn't been made and 2 people still had not recieved their food orders. They made the drink to-go and the security person gave her a hard time, saying she couldn't take the drink out and that she's going to take pictures even though 1- they gave it to her to-go and 2-she was not driving. Again not sure if it was an off night or what but the service and the drinks were absolutely garbage. I'm sure our server didn't care bc it was a large party and 18% gratuity was automatically applied. Would only ever order takeout from here...
Read moreThe 1st time I went to EnV my friend had a reservation. When we got there they weren't open at the time of the reservation. When the young lady finally came to the door she said the hostess wasn't there yet, but she went ahead and seated us, so the bartender was our waitress so we had to wait a little bit to order. When it was time to pay everyone paid with a card with the exception of two people. We waited and waited and finally asked our waitress where was the young ladies change. She said someone had to go to the store to get change 🤬. The next time I went was this past December I thought it would be different since we went in the evening time same b.s. they were understaffed so the bartender was our waitress so we were waiting forever to order and then get out food. When it was time to go a few of us went to the bar to pay because she was taking to long to come back. One person in our party paid when she finally came to the table, and there wifi connection went out in the middle of the payment. He got a confirmation from his bank that the payment was pending, but the rude manager said she couldn't find the payment and wanted him to pay again. The audacity. I can see while there short staffed, because she is most definitely the problem...but anyways that was my 2nd and last time going there. My lamb chops were horrible anyways and those were not garlic...
