Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Memphis

If you're looking for a consistently well constructed Deep Dish Pizza made with fresh ingredients with a crisp bite, made to order from sauce thickness to bake darkness, stop. You've found it.

I've been coming here for the longest time, and it is my one stop for pickup pizza. If you tire of the same old thing, if you want a better pizza than these other places, this is it.

Not to mention, the price point vs. food value is more than worth it, as their food tends to lasts for multiple meals for average folks, and more than filling for larger stomachs.

Their wait staff is ALWAYS more than happy to accommodate no matter how busy, as long as you are even remotely patient. The managers are more than well spirited and their drivers more than earn their tips for their earlier than expected deliveries at points.

For all those lamenting at the loss of our sweet sandwiches and my personal pain of alfredo sauce as a pizza sauce choice, I feel your pain, but will not reflect that decision as a business on this store and it's workers individually.

I called awhile ago & ordered me the 8 piece pizza w/ the 4 corners & Larry took my order. Larry gave great cust serv on the phone when I ordered & when I picked up my pizza other employees were helping customers! My pizza wasn't cooked all the way as u could see the dough right under the cheese. I called back & the mgr said he would credit my card back but the owner told him not to but instead to give me a credit or for him to remake it. Because I am not a big pizza fan I didn't want either! My 1st piece was good, so I thought, guess I thought that because I was very hungry! I do NOT recommend this location! Very sorry the location on Exeter in germantown tn closed as it was the best!!!! I have a pic on my phone & going to see about adding it on this post so u can see how raw my pizza was as u could literally see the dough. Not tech savvy so not sure if I can post the pic!!! Got my refund today but it took a long time to get it as the owner didn't want to give it even after seeing the pic of the raw pizza! I will never go to this...

My husband literally used to love Jet's pizza. However the experience he had on 2/27/2025 he will not be returning to this location. There was a group of young guys standing around in front of the door as he entered. They were loud and using profanity. I placed my order and they were loud, even went in the restroom and come out smoking. The manager came out from the back looked and he went back. A couple of weeks ago he went and there was a group of young men standing around the door. It was dark and there was a white customer that was sitting in her car when he pulled up. When he parked to go in, I guess she felt safe to come go behind him. He got home to enjoy our pizza and it wasn't good like it usually is. It was too saucy and just didn't have the good taste like it used to. Due to both reasons but mainly the loitering and feeling unsafe, we will no longer support...
